La ubicación es excelente y permite recorrer fácilmente los principales atractivos de Seattle. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estadía e incluso nos recibió en español, lo que fue un detalle muy agradable y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos.
La habitación necesita una remodelación. La ventana no cerraba correctamente, la cama era pequeña para dos personas, la ducha tenía muy poca presión y era difícil regular la temperatura del agua. Además, la conexión a internet fue inestable y el aislamiento acústico era deficiente, ya que se escuchaba claramente la televisión de la habitación contigua. Considerando el precio de la estadía (aproximadamente US$1.000 por tres noches), la relación precio-calidad no nos pareció adecuada

Ist schon sehr alt, dementsprechend das Bad, der Teppich im Zimmer…schon sauber, aber auf anderem Level.
L’hôtel a un certain charme historique et son emplacement est pratique. On sent que l’établissement a une histoire, puisqu’il existe depuis 1927.
L’hôtel m’a semblé trop vieillot et les chambres manquent clairement de confort. L’insonorisation est mauvaise, ce qui nuit au repos, et le personnel n’a pas été particulièrement agréable. Globalement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes.
The hotel is classy, nice old money vibe, warm feeling.. The staff was very helpful all the time. Location is prime, many Seattle attractions are on a walking distance.
Old slow elevators makes your way to the room and down a bit slower. There is a bad smell from rugs, I believe they should be changed. Also the ventilator in my bathroom didnt work, so you could feel the smell of moisture in the bathroom.

Housekeeping was a bit sloppy and the reception when I arrived was perfunctory but not that helpful. Other reception staff were more helpful later so have mixed reviews about staff.
Oozing character and old world charm, it’s a lovely building. Our room was comfortable and the bar/restaurant was also really nice.
It’s well located for the promenade, in what felt like a self area with lots of parking facilities nearby.
The hotel was lovely as were all the staff. Good location for transport links and walking to Pike Market.
