Location, size of room, staff were very welcoming, hotel grandeur
Only one lift working made it a nightmare in busy times. Hotel was also very tired - desperately needs a decor / carpet overhaul

Very central to everything. The room was small but furnished in a classic style - cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The only real issue was the noise from the outside AC unit.
The AC unit outside, and that one of only two elevators were working while the hotel was full of guest.
Nice spacious room. Welcoming lobby. Good location, steps from the light rail (to/from airport) and monorail (Space Needle) stations and a few blocks from the waterfront.
The electric outlets were at the floor level, making device charging with a 3 ft cord challenging.

One of the two hotel elevators was not working over the 3 day stay. We were on the 7th floor and had to walk up and down the stairs our entire stay. The management should have provided support or better communication to the guests - very long lines with luggage trying to get to their rooms. The rooms are dated, and ours smelled like cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. We asked for a credit of some sort due to the inconvenience, but the staff was not able to give it to us. The rooms were not sound proof, and we had a hard time sleeping in.
Extrem gute Lage, unweit zum Bahnhof. Flughafen und Cruise Terminal schnell und bequem zu erreichen.
Wir benötigten Hilfe für einen Arztbesuch, an der Rezeption wurde uns netterweise eine Praxis in der Nähe empfohlen.

Our third stay here and never disappointed. Great place, great staff. It is the only place we stay when traveling to Seattle. Easy walking to lots of great places to eat. Right around the corner from the Light Rail.
We do wish they still had their main restaurant, but not a big deal.
Great location, nice rooms. They let us store our luggage because we had an early flight. Shuttle to the cruise port was very good. Friendly driver.

Comfortable bed, hotel ambience
The broken elevators created an unacceptable situation. The reception staff, though friendly, need more training.

Reception staff brash and unhelpful. I asked if they would contact a tour company (leaflet in their racks) and was told to call them.

An event in bar/dining area on Friday and no notice to guests - noise unbelievable when we returned from our trip
Beautiful lobby and excellent location. Bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly.
