There was a staff member who was harassing me and she called the police on me! I am going through a court case because she, her name is Kelly, commiserate with two other people to harass me in the laundry room and then she called the police on me.They didn't even show up to court because they knew they were being bullies. Horrific!! She should be fired
It was horrible due to Kelly and two other people who were not even guests at the hotel!
They waited until the manager left for the day and then attacked
Spacious with a kitchenette
Confusing layout
Dirty, old. Shower had many bad repairs - looked like an old apartment. The outdoor jacuzzi was full of algae, swimming pool was closed - during peak summer month of August!
The location is good. It is close to Boeing Future of Flight, and public transportation is convenient.
The swimming pool and hot tub were closed. Our room was close to the road, so it was a little noisy at night. Breakfast was just okay.
friendly, helpful staff
no pool, tv didn't work properly, shower needed a replacement to its backing.
The room itself was average nothing special. Many things about this hotel were gross. I went to make coffee in my in room coffee maker and found an old filter in there and then, in the pot itself was moldy coffee, which, in my opinion, means it was there for a long, long time. The bathroom towels had stains on them. Although I think they were washed, they were stains, and they were old and dingy. the wash class were new, but that was the only thing. The bath mat had black on the bottom and on the top, and the shower curtain had some kind of stain. the swimming pool was closed. It said it was seasonally closed. It's the middle of august, which is still summer. The hot tub was moldy and green. The grounds and walks were filthy. I will put a picture below of the entrance to my room and some of the stairs around the facility. It was like crummy apartment building.. honestly, I was skeptical about everything in the room had my bed been cleaned. It looked clean. I rewashed any dishes that I was using in very hot water. Ironically, when you walk into the room, it gives you a sense that it's very clean, because the smell of bleach was overwhelming. i had to open all the windows to air it out.
Overall, it was very disappointing. I thought I was booking a cute townhouse suite, and it just was rather blah.
Ohh, I forgot there were cigarette butts in many places along the sidewalk to my room.
Nasty, not clean. Changed rooms and the second room had bed bugs. Staff was nice but hotel was gross

The room appeared clean at first glance, but the overpowering musty odor was impossible to ignore. The smell had saturated every corner of the room and was exactly what you would expect from a serious mold problem. While we were in the room, the front desk called to ask if everything was satisfactory. My wife explained that the room reeked of mold, and their solution was simply to “open a window.” That response alone should tell you everything.
I also noticed what appeared to be black mold in the corners of the bathroom. Whether they have tested it or not, the visible staining and overwhelming odor were extremely concerning. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told none were available.
If you value your health, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. No hotel room should smell like a damp basement, and dismissing legitimate concerns with “just open a window” is unacceptable.
Pool and grounds
Musty moldy smell in room
Lovely staff and breakfast.
The sofa bed not really big enough for 2 people.
Nice location and clean room
No WIFI or reception at all
Nice and quiet for 4th of July. Pleasant grounds. Comfortable enough bed.
Our room smelled like mildew. Not sure if it was the climate control unit or not. We had already settled in and didnt want to bother to move. But it wasnt pleasant.
Super friendly staff, yummy fresh baked cookies upon arrival. Breakfast was very good and we really appreciated that the hot food was different each day for a great variety (mini quiches, crescent sandwiches, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages). They also had tasty staples—-yogurt, oatmeal (with about 10 different toppings!), 2 different kinds of dry cereal, fruit, bread and bagels.
The pool and jacuzzi were closed. We typically like to use jacuzzis on vacation.
Really close to Boing Future of Flight - excellent breakfast, healthy choices.

The location was great for going to Boeing.. Restaurants within walking distance. The staff is what sets this place apart. They went out of their way to help us. Just a great group of people.
