I did not like that the manager, Vanessa, canceled my reservation immediately when I brought up an issue, instead of solving the problem by offering clean linens.

The employee who initially checked me is was absolutely wonderful.
The hallway smelled like wet dog throughout my stay, and the “clean” bedding and towels were covered in animal hair — I could feel it sticking to me right out of the shower. Basic cleanliness standards were not met.
When I brought this to the attention of Vanessa, who identified herself as the manager, her response was to cancel the remainder of my reservation and tell me to find somewhere else to stay — rather than fix the problem or offer any accommodation. This is not how a manager should handle a guest complaint. Instead of resolving a solvable issue, she chose to push it onto the guest and wash her hands of it.
If this is the level of management at this property, I’d think twice before booking.
Showed up had reservation booked got told by night shift that I couldn’t rent asked why couldn’t give me a reason due to the manager in the morning been the one to put me on do not rent list

The internet worked and it was a decent location
Bed bugs, smelled like weed, manager Vanessa was extremely rude and threatened to kick us out because we were upset about the bedbugs, hard to find staff at front desk, sofa bed was old and creaky, the electrical outlets were weird and the cords would fall out of the plug, had guest staring out the window at young children trying to enjoy the pool, showers would stop and have no water when the hotel was running laundry
It’s normally a great stay as I’ve had to stay often as of late but the power went out in the middle of the night which made sleeping almost impossible when it’s so hot outside.

Pool closed I specifically asked if pool was open before I paid. Then later it was closed. I wasted money because of that
