Absolutely nothing, from start to finish, I had a terrible experience. I have expressed these frustrations and have yet to hear back from the establishment.

Cons:

The horrific customer service, guest policies, to name the start of the refusal of service simply due to laziness and a sheer lack of human compassion.

Mediocre location, pleasant staff.

Not much. Staff was nice.

Cons:

No automated doors, or push button to gain entrance in a wheelchair. Booked a wheelchair accessible room, while the kitchenette sink was accessible the bathroom was not. They placed a cabinet in the spot where you could tell by the cut out of the cabinet it used to be accessible and as a result it wasn’t accessible. Reported it to the front desk, it was the only room they had. There was chipped paint all over the room. Do not recommend this hotel. There was also a large gab in the door, noticed on other rooms as well. Large enough to see into room a little bit. Needs a massive renovation.
