Good Location
Pros:

I liked the location as many restaurants, stores, and activities were nearby. I thought the price point was decent. I love the room design, room size and love the mini vanity!!!

Cons:

The staff wasn't so friendly this time around. They were in a group gossiping and laughing. And the person helping me was a bit dismissive as trying to get back to the conversation. I inquired/requested my favorite room or section and she just said it wasn't available while continuously speaking to the ladies. The service wasn't bad, just not as friendly and attentive as prior times.

I was not impressed especially with better properties available around that vicinity at lower prices.i had to buy my own
Pros:

Location was good and room was spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Room was old. A, leaked water that needed to be fixed. Pool and sauna not working. In general rundown for the price.

Pros:

Good location, big rooms.

Cons:

Parking is $10/night. Pool was undergoing maintenance when we were there.
Housekeeping doesn’t come everyday which we did not know. Only on 3day if staying for 5+ days

Room fine / lack of pool highly disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and the room was an ok size and it was clean. The main bed itself was comfortable (in contrast to the sofa bed).

Cons:

The lack of pool - contrary to what was advertised at time of booking. We specifically booked this hotel because it was good value for a hotel with a pool
We were extremely disappointed to arrive and see the pool was under construction - no progress was made on it the entire duration of our stay. Whilst their website seemed to have been recently updated to give dates for the construction, this was not advised when we first booked, nor did we receive any communication after booking about the possibility of this. If we had known the pool was not functional we would not have booked this hotel - our kids were deeply disappointed, especially over a hot weekend.

The room itself was fine, but the sofa bed was worn and very uncomfortable (you could feel every mattress spring). Also we only had one folding chair for the balcony.

As stated, we only booked this hotel because it promised a pool at the time of booking.

Great Stay, efficient and cost effective.
Pros:

The location is prime and convenient, close to everything. The room layout is excellent, spacious and well equipped, comfortable for a solo business traveller. Though noticeably, some part is a little bit worn down, i.e. the lamp over desk is broken, the toaster is broken, got replaced after report. Overall, good value for money.

Cons:

As most of the people pointed out, the room key system is the most weird part of the hotel. I would suggest that the instruction is given during check in to avoid frustration.
