Did not stay in the end when I saw the room given its poor cleanliness and decor.
Pros:

The cleanliness and decor was very poor. There was also a crack in one of the window panels. The room was next to the highway and was very nosiy - there was single glazing.

The overall aethestics are dated and its not somewhere that I'd recommend to stay.

Cons:

Everything, other than the seaside location.

Zimmerausstattung könnte besser sein... 1 Gabel, 2 Gläser usw. Könnte für 3 Personen besser sein....
Klimaanlage am Limit - müßte vielleicht mal gewartet werden...
Nachttisch auf beiden Seiten vom Bett wären toll...

Pros:

My room 214 . Specially the bathroom was very dirty. On the outside of the toilet on the bottom was still with someone else's urine. Wall by the door in bathroom. Had some dry blood floors in hall ways and bathrooms very slippery.

Decent stay
Pros:

Rooms were decent and we liked overlooking the beach and access to the beach.

Cons:

Didn't like that access to the beach and pool close at nine felt that was too early. Staff wasn't the friendliest.

It was good for the price we got!
Pros:

The hotel was OK. It was clean, the staff friendly and approachable, food was good, location was excellent.

Cons:

He room they gave us had a musty/moldy smell- we had to air it out by keeping the balcony door open while the airconditioning was running.

It was fabulous, relaxing, I will come back
Pros:

Room was clean, we can see the beach and sit in the balcony, breakfast was great.
Beach was amazing

Cons:

Somebody in other room start smoking late in the night, but it was so late at 2am and talking loud we tells to the front desk at the morning in the breakfast what happen and they offer excuse and tell us next time call to the front desk and they take care of it

My stay was nice and within attractions, the exception was the smoking.
Pros:

The staff, breakfast choices, and room were great. The front office was accommodating and very kind. They always greeted you with a smile as well as housekeeping.

Cons:

The beach access was limited due to the pool hours closing I feel is early which did not allow access to the beach directly first thing in the morning and at night. In addition, there was too many people smoking at this hotel to the point where it disturbed my sleeping. There were people who were smoking cigarettes and marijuana. I informed the staff. They were smoking in their rooms, and you could smell it coming down the hall and, on their balconies, where you could not enjoy relaxing on the balcony.
