Pros:

The staff was great. Breakfast was really good. Always hot and fresh. The room was nice and clean.

Parking not included in price of room rental.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The view was spectacular. The rate was very reasonable for a holiday weekend last minute reservation. Will definitely stay at another time.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking after paying the price of the room when we arrived. Where else are you going to park except the lot attached to and under the hotel.

Pros:

Location was great. Love the pool & beach access. Location on the street was great too. Close walk to everything. Quiet beach area too.

Cons:

Room was very noisy from the road traffic late at night. Heard cars trucks & motorcycles late night all night. Rooms need way more sound insulation. Other than than the noise the room was clean, bathroom clean & very nice. Only complaint was the noise.

Definitely worth paying the extra for the Seaview.
