Checked in with reservations for 3 rooms. 2 rooms were supposed to be 2queen beds and 1 was supposed to be a king bed. u
Pros:

I liked the fact that is was close to Disney springs.

Cons:

Staff was ok. Some members of the staff were not professional, personable or helpful. Very unfriendly.

I liked the location. It was convenient to a lot of places. It was fairly priced

Cons:

There was some garbage in the hall that could have been tossed. The door to to our room would not latch well.

I love ESA some are better than others. And for the proximity to the parks these people did amazing.
Pros:

The ease of checking in. The person that did the check in was on point and you could tell hospitality is where he belongs

Cons:

The process of doing just abljt anything else. There was no snack.machine

Friendly Staff, but Room for Improvement.
Pros:

We appreciated the spacious room, which worked well for our family of four. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the property was generally quiet.

Cons:

There was a noticeable mildew smell when we first entered the room. Although the hotel is listed as non-smoking, guests were smoking outside the first-floor windows. The pool area could have been cleaner, and the hot tub was closed during our stay. Breakfast options were very limited, consisting mainly of packaged muffins and coffee, with no hot breakfast available. The room also included a notice stating that kitchen items such as utensils and cups, as well as pool towels, must be requested from the front desk. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable unfortunately. Overall, we only stayed for one night, so it was manageable for a short stay.

Estaba sucio, no habían limpiado nada, ni el baño que estaba lleno de orina, ni las sábanas que estaban sucias, el fregadero sucio y el pote de basura con basura. It was dirty; nothing had been cleaned—neither the bathroom, which was full of urine, nor the sheets, which were dirty; the sink was dirty, and the trash can was full of trash. They couldn't give me another room. And they didn't give me my money back.
