The nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed at
Pros:

I didn’t like anything

Cons:

Not clean,smelled bad,no changed out towels,had to use the same towels the whole stay,roaches,property was nasty inside and outside,the workers was not polite

Thera was broken draws in the cabinets . The fan in the bathroom made a rattling noise . You had to time the door just rite to open it . Otherwise it wouldn’t open . They charged to change towels. #the pool wasn’t open . There was no ice machine . When we got off the elevator there was garbage cans spilling over first thing you saw when you came out of elevator. There was also no blow dryer .

I would avoid.
Pros:

Location was okayish.

Cons:

Floor carpet felt wet. Bathroom floor coating was coming off. Moisture inside rooms. Stinking hallways. TV face was orthogonal to bed so cannot watch it while lying down.

Hard to check in no front desk opened, no housekeeping to ask for stuff. There was no shampoo just 1 bar of soap. Most of places which offer kitchenette at least include kitchen items. NOTHING here. things are so old and torn down

Manni was helpful when I had issues

Cons:

No one else was helpful at all when I had problems.
The first room I was given had a messed up shower (like cracks and stains) and broken parts of the room. How did they not notice this when they were supposedly cleaning the room?
The laundry facilities didn’t work - you couldn’t get detergent and the staff had no way of helping me (or just didn’t want to)
When I checked out, I think the person was sleeping in the office.

I particularly want to recognize the staff member named Manni, she is always extremely welcoming, thoughtful, kind, energetic, caring, and flawless customer service..
