Te cobran por todo hasta por el internet, nunca te avisan que te hacen un cargo de $100 y luego ellos dicen q te van a descantar pero hasta no he recibido una respuesta, decía q el desayuno venía incluido y me pasaron la factura del bufet casi me da algo del colerin el wifi tiene un calor el parqueadero otro valor y nunca me dieron la cuna q pedí xq me dijeron q me dan dos camas y me todo dormir con el pendiente de que mi bb se vaya a caer o sea no descansé y pa rematar los colchones parecían q se hundían terribles
Good downtown location. Staff very pleasant
Not a fan of valet parking. To hard to retrieve an item if needed.
I loved being in the downtown area, the staff especially the valet was very polite and helpful with everything we needed, definitely will rebook this particular site again when we decide to travel back to Atlanta
Everything was perfect for the most part, although the booking said it would be 448.00 for the entire stay…. I ended up paying 587.00, 60 of that was valet which was a given but not sure where the other monetary value comes in while on the site it already shows taxes included.

The view from room was ok when I arrived
The room was small nothing like it was viewed online.. I was greeted but I After 1hour of being their my partner help me take my things to room.. After leaving room my partner went downstairs and outside he forgot the room key to come back up and in the midst his phone went dead and wasn’t able to call.. He went purchased a charger and sat in lobby to charge phone so he could call me to come down and get him.. in the middle of charging phone he was harassed by hotel security that he couldn’t charge his phone.. He couldn’t get back up the stairs due to no card to come up elevator he ask the security to escort him back up to the room and the security thought he was lying even though he greeted us earlier when we came in the hotel. He insulted my partner like he was homeless or some cause he had on his work clothes and in his eyes the security felt he was presentable enough.. Once I was contacted and came down the security tried to talk after he seen me to give him a key. He already insulted my partner so I had nothing to say to him.. I didn’t appreciate the disrespect and being felt like a statistic because my partner just got off work. I wasn’t comfortable staying here and decided to leave. I have character about myself and my partner was not valued as a man and that’s enough to make me not feel comfortable. I spoke to the manager after this happened it was very embarrassing and emotional to have people looking and starring at you and we came up here to stay due to a family emergency and it altered all our plans.. I was tired drove almost 2 hours and it triggered my anxiety so this was a very unpleasant drive and visit to have to leave and go back home and a waste of time…
