Great location, friendly staff, awesome pool!
Pros:

The location is great, close to Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium and other attractions. The pool area looked wonderful, even though we weren’t able to use it because it was raining.

Cons:

We had quite a bit of luggage (traveling with two little ones), and waited over half an hour for our luggage to be brought up to the room after checking in. We eventually just went down to collect it ourselves. Not sure if there was a miscommunication that we were responsible for it ourselves. The room was so cold (65 degrees) and we couldn’t get the temp to go up. Eventually we just turned off the whole AC. Also, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so it made the room feel damp and smell a bit musty.

Pros:

Property was perfectly located, and we had zero issues getting around. I loved the decor and style of the inside and that they tied back to its original design. The pool was the perfect oasis on a hot day, best place to cool off quickly and the complimentary beach towels were a nice touch. Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, it felt like they were happy to work there.

Cons:

Our room was very clean for the exception that some of the bins were not emptied. Also the glass shower wall has a design flaw - anytime you use the shower water will come out under the glass wall(where it is not attached to the shower base) and go all over the bathroom floor. Those were two minor issues and overall our stay was brilliant.

Very bad experience
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

My final price has already included free breakfast but they keep charging me and even add 20% “Gratuity” without telling me. This is racism.

The bathroom is leaking so bad, every time we have to holding an umbrella to use the bathroom.
