Great hotel, great service.
Pros:

Very clean city vibe hotel, close to lots of restaurants, coffee, shopping, Northwestern Hospital. Also easy walk to the lake or Riverwalk. I have stayed here frequently recently to visit a family member and always feel warm and welcomed. Rooms are very well equipped and always very clean and things in good working order. Food is amazing for dine in or carry out or room service! Starbucks in the lobby on main level.

Pros:

Staff not very friendly for check in. Air conditioning was turned off had to call for maintenance to come and climb in ceiling vent was closed. Also there was a huge spot of mold on the ceiling by the door, and they nickeled and dimed you to death for the room. 25.00 and 100.00 and 84.00 for parking plus the 3 different taxes!!!!

Perfect location did strolling, sightseeing, shopping
Pros:

This hotel is located just off Michigan Ave, perfect! It's between the Lake beach and the river walk. Walking to both is easy and delightful. Hotel is very clean and well decorated, loved the art work. Breakfast was delicious definitely 10 for the rate!

Team at Centric Chicago Raises the Bar Again!
Pros:

I have been a globalist for over 20 years and am very accustomed to a high level of service. But the team at Centric in Chicago Mag Mile raised the bar again! Really appreciate DeSean and Kayla for their outstanding hospitality. Especially DeSean for accommodating our dietary preferences. In addition, Karina, Joel, and Brenda were outstanding and I was able to thank Fabian personally.

Great views, food and services. Statbucks onsite was a bonus.
Pros:

The location was close to Navy Pier, eating spots, river taxis, the overlook and a quick cab ride to the blueline to head back O'hare. A uber is also less than $50 to O'hare.

Cons:

Chicago does nor sleep, no reflection on the Hyatt.

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Nice hotel just off the Mag Mile. It was very busy at the hotel but service was great. If your visit involves Northwestern Hospital, this is a very convenient place to stay and is directly connected to the hotel through a passageway without having to go outside. The only downside to being so close to the hospital are the ambulances that be heard at all hours of the day and night.

Awesome stay and unexpected surprises
Pros:

Great facility and getting upgraded to presidential suite is awesome. Only thing is the views are not great since it is among the buildings but hotel is maintained very well with great service. Very Clean as well.

Great overall stay!
Pros:

We have always been Hilton members but decided to give Hyatt a try. We were very pleased with our stay. Room was nice. We loved the sound matchine for sleeping. Comfortable bed. Loved pool

Exceeded All My Expectations
Pros:

All I can say is this is a must stay property. We usually stay at the Park but it was full and we took a chance on this place and it exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and prompt. Globalist recognition was over the top. The suite upgrade I received was a nice touch, especially on a sold out night. The rooms were modern and funky. Breakfast buffet has a nice selection and food was fresh when we arrived. Valet was fast and efficient as well. Great location downtown. Do not sleep on this property.
