Not very customer service friendly
Pros:

Check in process was horrible. They were not accommodating and indicated I may have to wait until midnight to get checked in! They double charged my credit card putting a one month hold on my funds.

Best hotel experience in years
Pros:

Had such a fabulous experience at this event. Came for a conference and was immediately welcomed by Andrea who was so thoughtful and helpful and playful as we figured out early check in. Felt like I was staying at a family location based on how warm everyone was. Super clear, organized, responsive, professional and wonderful. Set the bar for customer experience!

Another great Hyatt stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Everything within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and breakfast was amazing each morning. Highly recommend and will stay again on our next visit.

Great night's sleep
Pros:

Loved our stay at the Hyatt (my favorite hotel). Room was clean, service was excellent, front desk check in was flawless. Starbucks in the lobby was incredibly fast and organized. The on-site restaurant food was very good, bar was also fast with great service.
Would have loved to stay more than a night but a convention booked out the hotel. Will definitely return.

Loved the Positive Vibe Decor, Staff Friendly, Great Room

Loved this place! Its a great location. Room was very spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. And the decor with positive vibes - I enjoyed it! Even the pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures.

Rude staff
Pros:

The AC was broken in my room. It took me calling the reception 5 times over a span of 5 hours before they finally sent a technician who confirmed that the AC was broken and shifted me to a new room. The staff was very rude and didn't want to help

Great location and clean accommodations
Pros:

Very clean hotel, centrally located near restaurants and shopping. They were able to accommodate early check in for a $30 fee. Our family really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

Amazing staff and location
Pros:

My stay was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my coworkers and I had a great experience. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the bed was so cozy that I’m honestly still contemplating calling to ask what mattress brand you use because it was some of the best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time lol. I also really appreciated all the thoughtful small touches throughout the stay, especially the sleep sound machine such a nice detail that made the experience even more relaxing.
