Overall it was nice, but the noise level was a little loud from other rooms doors slamming and a staff supply closet rep

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and modern.

Cons:

Our room was right next to a staff linen/supply closet, and as a result we were woken up every morning with the staff closing the door over and over and over again. They were just doing their jobs, but it wasn’t pleasant to be woken up every single morning that way.

Fantastic hotel in good location with very comfortable, well appointed, clean rooms (the bed and pillows were great!)
Service was excellent, check-in and out simple and efficient and any needs met promptly e.g. the hairdryer in the room was not working properly and a replacement was provided straight away upon request
Also, the cafe downstairs (in which you receive a discount as a guest) is fantastic with great coffee/pastries!

Cons:

It was a little noisy near the location of our room due to the large exhaust vent on top of the building outside

Cons:

Fui cobrado a mais quando cheguei, quase 500 dólares a diária. Na minha reserva estava menos de 400 dólares.
