Pros:

Sehr gut durchorganisiertes Hotel in der Innenstadt, nahe der Faneuil Hall, dem Old Town House, der Fußgängerzone und dem Ufer-Spazierweg. Geräumige, gut isolierte, saubere Zimmer. Lebhafte Bar, erfreuliches Frühstücks-Café.

Wonderful stay wonderful location - staff were awesome
Pros:

Location , valet staff , doorman all wonderful, the room was nice a little small but that’s kind of standard with an older facility. The facility had been updated , Nicky appointed bathroom

Friendly staff, great location, and spacious elegant rooms.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Dagny. Dina, at the front desk, was so helpful accommodating us when we needed to check in early for a wedding! The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was very convenient to the metro and the train station.

Amazing staff during a difficult time;t time
Pros:

I had an injury 2 days prior to check-in while traveling. Front desk and concierge were absolutely incredible in assistance and compassion- early check-in, food delivery, amazon medical delivery. They really went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!!

Could be better for the money.
Pros:

Location is great. Room was clean and renovated. Doormen were nice and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like the way breakfast was organized: there was no proper full-service restaurant—just a huge line for coffee and pastries. We waited about ten minutes for a waiter, but no one ever came, so we had to leave—we had a historical tour scheduled for the morning. In the end, we grabbed a bite at a cheap corner eatery, which is hardly befitting of a 4-star hotel. There was also a payment error: my friend ordered champagne for us, but the front desk charged both him and us for it, so I had to point this out to them. I also asked the receptionist to have a kettle brought to my room, but I never received it.
