The location and ease to get to the airport. The staff was friendly.
The grounds were disgusting. Overflowing trash cans outside. Trash scattered on the grounds outside the hotel and on the parking lot. The mattress was uncomfortable with many dents. My room was above what I'm thinking was their dumping grounds for old hotel damage furniture as well as a large dumpster that was also over flowing. Hard to be comfortable knowing all that trash was around.
Comfortable bed, good price, nice staff! I booked late at night after missing a connection at Dulles and being moved to the next day. The staff member at check in was friendly and there, even at nearly midnight and even allowed me a 2-hour late checkout.
There were no kitchen items of any kind. I wasn't going to use the kitchen as I was only there one night but just something to note for those staying longer term.
