The bed was okay

Cons:

Despite the web page and the staff saying there will be breakfast it is simply not true. And yes, you could make a case that it’s a “grad and go” breakfast, but in reality it’s literally a couple of muffins and tea/coffee. That’s not breakfast. A basic vending machine is literally more of a breakfast than this. On top of this; hotels location is so remote, that to get to the closest cafe, you literally have to walk for 40 minutes. So please make no mistake - there is no breakfast at this hotel, and if you assume there is one - you will be unpleasantly surprised. Overall for the additional price of transportation + breakfast for 2 people, I’d recommend you just book a proper hotel, it will cost you the same.

Clean room, helpful staff!
Pros:

It was good that the breakfast was available until 0930, as we had to early and came back for a late breakfast. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. For a quick trip, this was trouble-free!

Cons:

No bell at the front desk for after-hours support. Staff told us the alerts on the phone were not effective for them as they were often away from the phone and did not see the message light.

The staff they were so nice and accommodating

Cons:

The room above of us was so loud they didnt stop stomping and making noise until 4am my gf and I had work the next day couldn't sleep. Also it was never explained to me before hand when I made the reservation there would be a an extra 100 dollar deposit that would take up to 5 days to return and the tv was in a weird place

Clean, quiet, and nice neighborhood
Pros:

None of the complaints from other customers seemed true in my experience. Quiet and clean with very well designed rooms and efficient check-in. Kitchenettes include full size fridge and a dish washer and microwave and stovetop. The laundry machines are 15% cheaper than other hotels I have been at lately. Yes, there is an exercise room. All kinds of shopping/ churches/ restaurants/ offices within a mile.

Cons:

You can ask for dishes at front desk - none are supplied by default. The exercise room elliptical machine works, but not the treadmill. The location is far from downtown. Proximity to airport is a selling point but there is no shuttle. Recommend checking the wiring on the stovetop.

Trashy..and it smelled like it too.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room was right beside a trash dumpster and it's all we could smell in the room. The kitchen was banged up. There wasn't really a lobby..we drove around until we realized a small door on the side was the lobby. It was definitely what we paid for. Could use a facelift.
