歴史と文化を堪能
Pros:

クラッシックな内装でゴージャス、広さも充分。ウィーンの雅さと歴史を感じられ素晴らしいものでした。オペラ座、音楽協会ホールも近く交通も便利。ホテルの前の通りにはトラム。ロケーションはとても良かったです。

Cons:

日本の「おもてなし文化」と比較してしまうのですが、スタッフの応対はあまり良くなかったです。大きなホテルの割には人数が少ないと思いました。事務的な感じがしていて気遣いが少し足りないように感じられました。
５泊め夕方にホテルが停電になってしまい、5時間以上、灯りも給湯もストップしてしまったのですが、何もフォローしてもらえず、魅惑をかけて申し訳ないという雰囲気が感じられませんでした。ホテルは建物を含め素晴らしかったのですが、サービスが不満でした。
