Elegant and conveniently located hotel in the center of Vienna. Amazing breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were highly professional and hospitable. They had recommendations for restaurants and touring Vienna. And were very accommodating with any requests. Room and hotel were also beautiful! Very elegant. I also enjoyed the live piano music in the lobby in the evenings.

Cons:

I was quite pleased.

Pros:

楽友協会がすぐ近くにあり、ウィーンフィルの公演を十分に楽しめた。また観光の拠点とするのに便利だった。
ホテル自体は歴史的に古いものだが豪華でありクラシック建造物を好む人にはおすすめ。きちんとメンテナンスされていたと思う。チェックイン時のレセプション責任者の温かい言葉とリカバリー配慮に心が救われた。

Cons:

5つ星ホテルにしては他の同等ホテルと比べると全体にスタッフのホスピタリティとプロフェッショナリティが欠けて思えた。チェックインを待っているあいだ、前レセプション担当者の言動に啞然とするとともに非常に悲しくなった。しかし、５つ星水準としてはずかしくないスタッフもいらっしゃることがわかり今後の接遇改善に期待したい

Шикарный отель, расположение лучше не придумаешь, в пешей доступности до всех достопримечательностей. Номер чистый, просторный, красивый. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные. Мы очень довольные отдыхом в этом отеле.

I keep coming back to this fantastic hotel
Pros:

Fantastic room, super comfortable bed and an amazing breakfast. The staff are all brilliant and the concierge is incredible and couldn't be more helpful. This is truly one of the great classic European hotels. I keep coming back and that says more about the hotel then anything else I could say. Excellent bar and the best Wiener Schnitzel in town.

Cons:

The TV system is currently down...so no movies and not much for Anglophiles.
