The location is excellent, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The underground garage is very narrow, but they also assisted us with that. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be more varied. If you would like an omelette, you have to order it separately. I have experienced much better breakfast buffets elsewhere, but perhaps this is customary in Austria.

Absolutamente tudo! Quartos lindos, atendimento solicito, todas as amenidades que você pode precisar, cafe da manhã incrível (mais completo que já vi). Piano no lobby a partir de quarta feira! Localização não poderia ser melhor, a alguns passos da estação mais bem conectada de viena, mas pelo centro da pra fazer tudo a pé!

The perfect five nights stay in Vienna in the best possible location.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and serviceable. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The location was second to none.

Cons:

I would have given this 10 stars so I had to give it a nine only because housekeeping is closed after a certain time we got in late around 1:30 in the morning only to realize we needed more toilet paper and fresh towels because we forgot to take off the do not disturb sign. When I called the front desk to get more toilet paper, they said it was impossible because housekeeping is no longer here. So I had to take the elevator down to the public restrooms and take toilet paper out of there so we could have something. This is definitely a five star hotel but I would’ve thought that little things like this would have not been an issue.

באוכל היה חסר סלט ירקות וסלטים באופן כללי
ביום הראשון לא הסבירו שניתן להזמין גם מהתפריט שהיה על השולחן..
חבל שהספא לא היה פתוח יותר שעות.

Meine Bewertung war gut, aber leider musste ich über 45 Minuten auf das Frühstück warten. Der Restaurantleiter war unmöglich; er sprach arrogant, unhöflich und völlig unangemessen, als er uns nach unseren Zimmernummern fragte. Wir waren zu sechst, und er meinte, wir bräuchten fünf verschiedene Zimmer. Er ist der schlimmste Mensch, dem ich je begegnet bin. Er hat uns Gäste ganz offensichtlich angestarrt, obwohl er der Restaurantleiter ist. Man versteht einfach nicht, wie Kellner in einem solchen Hotel miteinander umgehen sollten.
