Horarios de cafetería muy restringidos y muy mal servicio tanto en el personal de la cafetería como el servicio de habitaciones que no reponen bien, ni hacen bien las camas ni limpian el suelo del baño. Grifos de uno de los lavabos estropeados, desagüe de la bañera deficiente, mucho ruido en el exterior. Los ascensores la mitad siempre averiados.... Pedí una habitación con dos camas y me dieron una habitación con una sola cama... Cuando reclamamos nos pusieron una camita supletoria bastante incomoda

Pros:

We really enjoyed the elegance and charm of the property that captured the spirit of Prague. Staff were amazing and we loved the breakfast ambience with fresh roses and gorgeous decor. It was an absolutely delight staying here.
