Pros:

We really enjoyed the elegance and charm of the property that captured the spirit of Prague. Staff were amazing and we loved the breakfast ambience with fresh roses and gorgeous decor. It was an absolutely delight staying here.

Hôtel luxueux et agréable: à recommander!
Pros:

Hôtel luxueux. Chambre très agréable (suite avec terrasse). Bien placé à côté de l'opéra. Personnel sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner. J'y retournerai.

Cons:

Ce n'est qu'en arrivant à l'hôtel que j'ai été informé qu'il y avait des travaux de rénovation. Heureusement, je ne les entendais que très discrètement (mais parfois tard le soir) dans la salle de bain et pas du tout dans la chambre. Un jour, je suis parti un peu plus tard de ma chambre et elle n'a pas été nettoyée à mon retour.

Pros:

Buffet breakfast too expensive. There should be more choices or only weekend having a luxury buffet available. We didn’t see any options for room service.
