Flott hotell, god service, fantastisk mat og service på restauranten i toppetasjen. Fin beliggenhet.

Super frokost, stort utvalg og god kaffe.
Beliggenheten, vi gikk til alle severdighetene vi ville besøke.
Stort rom. Fin utsikt.

Cons:

Dette var vårt andre opphold i løpet av to år. Denne gangen var det litt styr under frokostserveringen, det var det ikke sist. Kanskje sykdom blant personale og for få på jobb?

We have booked a suite for my family where it clearly states 2 queen beds however hotel staff claimed that there is no room with 2 queen beds and told me that I am doing a mistake. They only offered me a portable bed for my son but this is not the service I paid for. Additionally room was cold and we needed convince the staff about the room temperature for them to bring heaters to the room. We were not satisfied with the stay and personally do not recommend this hotel and staff. There must be a compensation but nobody bothered to correct their mistake.

Решили поехать в Вену праздновать мое 60-летие. Отель расположен очень удачно. В пешей доступности много достопримечательностей. Мы пользовались экскурсионным автобусом, остановка которого находится в нескольких шагах, возле оперного театра. Очень удобно. Едешь, слушаешь, захотел зайти во дворец, например, посмотрел и вернулся снова на этот автобус. Завтраки в отеле выше всех похвал. Голодным не останется никто. Мы через несколько дней решили съездить в Зальцбург, а затем вернуться в этот же отель. Нам на рецепшин сделали апгрейд номера. Сказали за то, что мы выбрали их отель дважды. Спасибо большое.

Pros:

立地。朝食に和食がある点。

Cons:

7年前にも宿泊したが、同じ価格でも部屋が狭くなり、また、サービスも落ちていてガッカリした。
部屋の掃除をしてもタオル補充もなく、朝食時のスタッフも愛想が無い。オーダーした卵料理も最後まで提供されなかった。
前回が良かったのでリピートしたが、3度目はない。
