Pros:

リラックスできる広い部屋に、大きなバスタブ。とにかく、ゆったりのんびり過ごせました。アメニティも、バッチリそろっていて、特にバブルバスにゆっくり入れるのが、何よりの癒しでした。
毎回、大満足の朝食ビュッフェは、今回も、何もかもが美味しく上質な朝ご飯がいただけました。炊きたてご飯最高！

設備は良いが、スタッフのサービスは一流では無い。

設備と雰囲気は基本的にとても良いです

Cons:

1階エントランスから14階フロントが遠いですが、エントランスにはソファなど座るところが無く、タクシーを待つ間や預けたスーツケースを受けとる間は立って待たなくてがいけない、疲れます。スタッフも見習い中の慣れていない人も少なくなく、対応が遅い。

初日の和食のレストランランチが最高でした！！！スタッフさんの接客も！スパも最高！！

Cons:

スパのサウナがもう少し広いと良いですね。外浴（露天）もあるとさらに良い。
