Cons:

Hidden $15 parking fee. When i complained the agent said she would remove it. On checkout it was still there and new agent wouldn’t remove. I was there for a VA medical appointmennt in the morning. I live 5 hours away so had to spend the night. The parking fee put me above what VA authorizes for motels somy lodging claim was rejected and i had to eat the whole cost. Would not have chosen if the fee was advertised. Will NEVER stay there again. Deceptive.

They charged you for parking. And charge you an security deposit which will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days, which was mentioned when booking.

The pool was amazing!!! 😁
The room was great and my mom and I had a great time while there. We had a great location, close to the elevator and ice machine. The location is also great as it was in the center of where we were going.

Cons:

We had an issue with other guests. They were loud and eating/drinking in the pool. There were also some that were being loud in the hall and playing with the elevator and staff wasn't able to do much to resolve the situation.
There wasn't much for breakfast and the area is too small. I would love to see more hotels with gluten free options too. I ended up eating something that had gluten and felt horrible all day.

It fit the need, although, I would pick closer to Sunrise and HW50 intersection next time.
Pros:

Quick access to our room. Covered drive up (raining). Breakfast was
good.

Cons:

Fire alarm bell went off throughout the building, unexpected, no reason given,
at about 10:45 pm, while in bed entering sleep mode.

Extremely happy with my stay!
Pros:

The breakfast selection was pretty good. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom. Those are the 2 most important things to me. The front desk staff was super personable, as well!
