The staff was great. I read some other reviews about the property needing a refresh & this true but @ the price this location is a great value. The gym only had 2 machines & I found an empty Cheeto bag under my bed 🤨. I only stayed one night & the bed was so soft like sleeping on a cloud but if appearances really matter to you then you should pay extra & stay somewhere else. My room was nice & I didn't t realized they gave me a disability room so I had a walk in show & I liked it. The desk was nice but 2 chairs that didn't match in my room. I noticed they provided a hair dryer a old fashion ironing board & iron. I don't iron but thought that these items should be helpful for some travelers. Booking for a family trip I don't think so but for someone traveling alone & just needs a place to sleep at night without overpaying I think it an reasonable option. If you need top tier everything pay the extra & stay elsewhere . The free breakfast saved me time. I really wanted bacon but bacon wasn't t on the menu that more . Eggs, sausage, cold cereal, toast bagels, oatmeal & the kid favorite of making own waffles. I 😡 making own waffles because it seems like too much work to me. 🧐 Again the staff is the best thing about this property .
Quiet. The room was acceptably clean and provided what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast bar was nice.
Ventilation in bathroom was poor. Felt more like a sauna when we showered, lol.

Was charged $65 to check in 1 1/2 hrs early for there to be NO water and a backed up sink. There was black mold above the shower. I couldn't even get water for my pets that I paid extra to have in my room. When I inquired about the water the clerk was dismissive and down right rude. Breakfast was gross and no coffee available.
The fact that I could do no anything on my laptop or my Xbox, considering the Wi-Fi went from 2 MB per second down to zero every 45 seconds. And the fact that I’m still waiting on my security deposit to go back into my bank account from a state that ended August 3.
Front desk staff had no personality at all. It ok for a weekend.
I tried to get my money back. No refund. I left and went to Hyatt and spent more money. A drug dealer was outside in the parking lot try to sell me drugs. The night before I was told ten cars got broken into.
The location was great and easy to reach. Lots of local amenities close by. Suited my needs well - clean, safe and reasonably priced.
Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it also wasn't a deciding factor for me. Several large groups there and the noise was irritating.
Very friendly staff. Our only complaint was the extremely aged carpeting throughout the public areas. I was concerned about getting sick from mold/mildew

Elevator didn’t have light for most of the time.
