Nothing it was fine.
This is not the first time we have stopped. Clean and comfortable. I recommend it!
There were no spoons or forks this time. The chair was brought by request. Last time, there was nothing to sit on.

It was a very good staff all hours. Friendly people. Close to airport made it very convenient. My only complaint was the flooring on the second floor hallway is very spongy and after reporting someone leaving a shoe print sunken, there seemed to be little concern for someone possibly falling through. I see injuries and lawsuits coming if this flooring is not repaired soon.
Close to Will Roger’s Airport. Beautiful grounds. Rooms are spacious and have kitchen facilities in the room and spacious desk area for business purposes. No drama hotel!
I had a very frustrating experience with Sonesta Simply Suites Oklahoma City Airport.
I booked a room at 12:09 AM for the same night and called the hotel around 1:30 AM to check in. During that call, I was told that my reservation had already been cancelled. I immediately asked for help to reinstate it, but the front desk said they couldn’t do anything and that I would need to wait until a manager arrived later in the morning.
Because of this, I was unable to check in or stay at the hotel even though I had just paid for the reservation.
To make matters worse, the hotel then marked my reservation as a “no-show,” which is completely inaccurate. I did attempt to check in and reached out during the appropriate time, but was denied accommodation due to the hotel’s handling of the situation.
I contacted Booking.com the next morning, but the hotel has been unresponsive, which has delayed any resolution or refund.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Lack of communication, inability to assist guests in real time, and incorrectly labeling reservations as “no-shows” is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.

In a room with a kitchen and no breakfast, it is assumed that you can cook and eat in the room. But there is only one chair and the table is not moving. My husband and I were on a business trip, very tired, and one of us had to eat standing up. I asked the reception to give us another chair, but they refused us.
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating
