There's nothing I didn't like

First room was absolutely smelly. AC unit was moldy and looked to have rat feces inside. They immediately switched us rooms no questioned asked and second room was not as smelly but pretzels, trash and nuts not vaccummed off carpet and floor so dirty it turned our socks black. Cigarettes left all over balcony. No cold water in room. unbearable HOT water in shower so we could not bathe for a day. Blood on comforter. YIKES!!!! And tried to charge us to leave early after we paid in full which they tried to blame on Booking but I informed them that they were nuts to charge us after all we had to deal with and never once said sorry. got a refund for the early check out fee after I paid $500 already. A nightmare.

The first floor wreaked of propane gas during our entire stay. This is a dangerous situation that seemed to be ignored by the staff (other than quickly honoring our request to move rooms). The smell remained unresolved by the time of our departure. My wife and I did more to detect the source of the smell than the staff did; There was a noticeable leak outside (from the gas pipes) as well. Anyone smoking on the front sidewalk could be harmed or even killed. You have a big problem at this property. Oh, and the badge swipe outside the first-floor entrance is hanging off the wall / damaged. This forced us to go through the 'gas gauntlet' (also known as the front lobby) at least twice a day. I feel bad for the staff who are being poisoned, and they don't even notice (nose blindness is real.)

When checking in we had a horrible experience with Destiny. She was extremely rude to myself and others around my. Tried to get an additional $250 deposit plus insidentals on top of what I had already paid. When I ask her about it she couldn’t explain nor tell me where it said I was going to be charged that. I understood the insidentals however I did not understand the extra $250 deposit she was asking for and no one could explain it to me. Then she proceeded to say she was going to remove it but since I questioned what it was and why I had that she said she wasn’t the manager was just as bad. He took her into the back after acting like that she came out and continued to make smart remarks under her breathe for absolutely no reason. On top of that the elevators were down, the ice machine leaked water all over the floor outside our door we couldn’t leave without stepping into soaked carpet and getting all over our shoes. Roaches on the cutrtains. The staff must not take the trash because it was outside of our room stacked up the entire stay. If it wasn’t Labor Day weekend and we could find another hotel last minute we absolutely would have. We will not be back to this location.

I arrived on a Friday which was my birthday. First room refrigerator wouldn't get cold so get to the elevator to go tell the front desk, the elevator wasn't working ( we were on the 2nd floor) so I took the stairs. They tried to move us to the 3rd floor but I said no the elevator isn't working and that's to much luggage to carry upstairs. So they found a room on the same floor and in this one the air wasn't working. I take the stairs again and I told them just give us our previous room because I rather have A/C than a refrigerator. So we go move our luggages again and the air comes on otw out but we moved anyway. The previous room refrigerator started working the next day and the elevators started working the next morning. Let's just say after all the moving and going up and down the stairs several times I didn't want to do anything for my birthday 🙃

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

No gas smell in the lobby. The employees could be nicer and more attentive to their guests.
