Huge room and bed.
Pros:

Huge room. Lovely Scandinavian decor. Lovely big comfortable bed. Proximity to so many locations in Copenhagen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bit crowded but it is a big hotel. The smoking outside the external door.

Pros:

Fantastik utsikt, god frukost

Cons:

Personalen var inte hjälpsam alls, vi fick inte städat trots att vi bad om det vid ankomst och när vi frågade varför fick vi en axelryckning till svar. Det fungerade inte att casta till tv och det fick vi inte heller hjälp att lösa.

A paired-back hotel in a good position.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good position and there is a taxi rank just outside. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good and varied, although 9.30 is a little early for it to completely finish.
I liked the 2 very small (but soft) pillows on the bed, although my companion in the next room found them far too small.

Cons:

I was in a double room, which was just adequate in size for me on my own. There was just enough hanging space in the open cupboard, but no drawers for underclothes, jumpers, etc. There was only one chair at the table, although the was enough tea/coffee and mugs for 2. This was a major drawback (but there wasn't room for another chair). The bathroom was fine and there were plenty of towels.
