Goede prijs kwaliteit en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Lelijke buitenkant, lijkt een omgebouwd pand te zijn. Van binnen mooi en modern. Gangen, deuren en trappen zijn wat kil maar kamers netjes en modern. Wel basic en klein maar voldoende, zeker voor de prijs. Enorm vriendelijk personeel en veel gratis faciliteiten waaronder koffie en thee.

Riktig god frokost og middagsbuffet.

Cons:

Jeg opplevde et par ganger at personale kom inn på rommet på mindre passende tidspunkt. Første gangen var 21.02 kl. 08.00 da jeg befant meg til sengs, og andre gangen 23.02 kl. 10.30, da jeg befant meg på badet.

Det er grunn til å tro at man ikke har stått opp kl. 08.00 en morgen. Og avreisedagen har man rommet til kl. 12.00, så forstyrrelse før den tid er uønsket.

Cons:

Ongeïnteresseerd personeel achter de incheckbalie. Krijg geen informatie over diner en ontbijt. Ontbijt ruimte veel te klein voor zoveel gasten dat personeel moet vragen of er iemand aan je tafeltje erbij kan omdat je alleen ben. Dat is toch wel echt erg vind ik. Nou ben ik de moeilijkste niet maar je zou je eigenlijk moeten schamen als je zo een vraag stelt aan gasten.

Was just okay. Was able to book last minute at okay-ish price.
Cons:

Room wasn’t clean.
There was no TV remote available, when asked at reception, they gave one without the batteries.
Shower gel was empty, fortunately we had our own.

Helt greit hotell til en ok pris.

Frokosten var bra, alt det viktigste var med.

Cons:

Kjøpte mocktails til barna, mannen som stod i baren den kvelden såg ut som han kjedet seg veldig på jobb og var ikke særlig i imøtekommende. Barna mine fikk servert mocktailen sin i et pappbeger uten tilbehøret som vi fikk med når de bestilte første gang. Dette er en sånn liten ting, men som trekker ned helhetsinntrykket av personalet, det opplevdes rett og slett som litt nedlatende overfor barna å servere dem en barnedrink til 50 kr i papp. Det gikk og veldig seint i baren den kvelden og vi måtte vente lenge for å bestille.
