L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans la rue mythique et l'accès gratuit aux vélos durant le séjour. Le calme de l'hôtel et le style, le service valet parking très efficace ! De plus, accès a de l'eau gazeuse ou pas en remplissant des bouteilles mises a disposition et gratuites à emporter !

Charming hotel in Santa Barbara
Pros:

The staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

Bed was a bit small but that’s a personal preference - the hotel was fantastic otherwise.

Beautifully renovated, perfect location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Hotel Santa Barbara is beautiful and immaculate. We pulled up to the Valet kiosk (located in back of hotel). The attendant was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. The elevator has not been updated and takes a while and is very small. With all our luggage we could not have walked up the beautiful staircase.
Front desk staff very accommodating and put us on same floor as my son and family. We checked into the smallest room they offer as this was just an overnight stay. Beautifully appointed bedroom. We had a lot of luggage due to where we came from and room was tight but accommodated our needs for one night. The hotel has been renovated and feels very new. There is a steamer in closet for wrinkled clothes.
They offer an in room Pour Over Coffee maker, first time using one but preferred to buy a cup downstairs in the lobby bar. The bathroom is beautiful and has all the things you may need. Fluffy towels, bathrobes. They also provide reusable plastic water bottles to be filled with filtered water from the hallway. Very convenient.
Hotel lobby is bright, clean and quiet.

Location of hotel is perfect. The street is closed to traffic so you can cross street with no worries. Lots of restaurants, night life and shops to walk. We stayed on a Tuesday and slept quietly through the night.
Would stay here again.

Walls are very thin, if you are next to noisy people you can hear everything.

A very beautiful and calm stay
Pros:

It was beautiful and modern and elegant and simple. My husband came in for a wedding of our close friends and our stay was short but it was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was so incredibly kind in a genuine way.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints!

Beautiful, convenient and comfortable!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located right on State Street and is walking distance from the wharf and beach. The room was lovely and clean and the mattress was very comfortable, although we found the pillows to be a bit hard. The staff was friendly and helpful, although we did have some confusion because we didn’t know until the second day that we needed to request housekeeping service; they came quickly once we did. The atmosphere was just perfect, and the elevator is an adventure lol! Overall we had a wonderful stay and plan to return!

Great location, staff and accomodations.
Pros:

Traveling for my business with my Service Dog and another employee. We were welcomed by the friendly staff who gave us our room information and the 'Welcome Packet' for my dog. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I will definately return.

Fantastically looking hotel outside and inside to get the true feel of Santa Barbara.
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel. It has amazing location and it was very clean. It had also great selection at the mini bar and fantastic room design

Cons:

The pillows were horrible. Both of us couldn’t sleep. We decided to use towels as pillows instead.

The hotel staff was stellar and attentive. The accommodations were excellent and surprisingly quiet.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and had that old time glamour feel.

Cons:

It didn’t offer a self service coffee option. It would be nice to have this as a perk for the guests.
