My stay at the Crowne plaza exceeded my expectations, location was superb, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were lovely and a great selection for breakfast, one staff member I would like to especially praise is Gwendolin, her service and friendliness was first class.
From start to finish our stay at the Crowne Plaza Brugge was excellent. All the staff were helpful and gave excellent customer service. A special shout out to Gwendolyn who went above and beyond every day. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a great choice for breakfast. We would highly recommend and will be back.

Great location in the centre of the old town. Maybe not the charmn of some of the boutique hotels we have stayed at here, but the rooms were excellent.
As was the personable and professional attention we received from all the staff, particualrly at reception.
We will stay here the next time we go to Bruges.
