Ottimo
Pros:

Un hotel davvero adorabile, mi è piaciuto a prima vista. Abbiamo trovato personale gentile e simpatico al momento del check-in (e out), ci hanno aiutate anche avendo un po' di difficoltà con la lingua e abbiamo avuto un delizioso cookie di benvenuto. La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e soprattutto pulita. C'era l'aria condizionata già in funzione e abbiamo trovato anche asse e ferro da stiro in un'anta dell'armadio (utilissimo se avessimo avuto più giorni a disposizione). Il bagno molto spazioso, pulito e ordinato, con asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e crema corpo a disposizione. Un grande letto matrimoniale con due cuscini a testa, un materasso comodo e le lenzuola piacevoli al tatto. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione per una nostra organizzazione. La posizione è strategica, avevamo vicino la metropolitana Rogier e la stazione Nord, per cui siamo state comode sia a raggiungere l'albergo dall'aereoporto che a spostarci per visitare i posti che ci interessavano. Inoltre nelle vicinanze c'erano vie con tanti negozi e posti in cui mangiare. Non so se i prezzi sono sempre così (c'era un concerto dei BTS in quel periodo e sicuramente i prezzi sono aumentati) ma li vale comunque tutti perchè il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole e sinceramente è un albergo che consiglierei.

Cons:

Non è sicuramente una critica all'albergo, visto che al check-in sono stati così carini da darci un biscotto classico e uno vegano (per eventuali intolleranze) e sicuramente se avessimo potuto pranzare al ristorante avremmo trovato altro, ma è qualcosa a cui vorrei si prestasse più attenzione. Mi sono accorta, viaggiando con un'amica intollerante al lattosio, di quanto sia complicato trovare qualcosa di pronto da mangiare che non contenga formaggio, salse o latte (anche del semplice pane) ... solo buste di patatine o poco altro che non consentono comunque di alimentarsi correttamente. Per chi viaggia è spesso un problema. Sarebbe bello poter trovare più varietà negli alimenti senza doversi sempre portare qualcosa da casa.

Very nice and clean. Super comfortable beds. Walking distance from Nord train station. İron and iron table in the room. Nice breakfast, and elegantly decorated breakfast saloon.

Cons:

Room was facing an alley ,no sun light. The wardrobe space could be larger.

Great location and hotel to stay in!
Pros:

The location is really great! 15min walk and you’re at the ‘grote markt’ in the middle of the centre, or you can take the metro next to the hotel. The parkinggarage next to the hotel is also a bonus, with the recuded price via the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was good! Hotel looks great. Breakfast was also good! Also Brussel is a very busy city with a lot of noise, but when we closed the window we couldn’t hear a thing.
The warm cookie we got at check-in was really nice and good! :D

Lekkere koele kamer na een ontzettend hete dag. Vriendelijk personeel. Met welkomstdrankje en welkomstkoek. Drinkwater op de verdieping bij te vullen. Heerlijk geslapen. Helaas geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt...

Cons:

Ik had het liefst geboekt via de Hilton app, alleen daar was de kamer 100 euro duurder dan bij booking... Dat is jammer als Honors member. Verder had de kamer geen uitzicht, dat vonden we ook erg jammer.
