Amazing service. They sent WhatsApp messages daily to see if everything was up to standard & if there was anything you needed.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und check in war sehr positiv

Cons:

Das Frühstück am Abreisetag war eine absolute Zumutung. Es ist von 6.30-10.00 annonciert. Um 10.10 gab es keine Waffeln mehr. Wir kamen um 9.40, um 10.15 wurde der Vorhang zugezogen und die Sachen wurden abgeräumt. Unzumutbar. Beschwerde bei der Rezeption. Ebenfalls per Mail. Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren das ganze Jahr durch die Welt. In Deutschland sind wir sehr selten. Solche Erfahrungen hatten wir noch nie gemacht. Dr. Heidloff
