Pros:

Location is fab, near great shops, the zoo, trains and buses. The hotel is lovely, the small pool/sauna/ gym were a great addition to our stay.
Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices, and everything very tasty!

Хороший отель! В номерах удобно и комфортно, хорошие завтраки.
​Особенно хочется отметить персонал — вежливый, отзывчивый и работающий максимально оперативно. Когда мне понадобились халат и тапочки, их доставили в номер буквально через пять минут после обращения.
​У отеля очень удобное расположение, а из приятных бонусов — наличие бассейна, тренажёрного зала и массажного салона.

Cons:

Несмотря на удобства и вежливый персонал, есть пару моментов, которые хотелось бы улучшить:
1, Стоимость парковки на мой взгляд, 40 евро в сутки за подземный паркинг — это довольно дорого, учитывая, что через дорогу можно оставить машину в два раза дешевле.
2, Внимательность при уборки. Понимаю, что существует человеческий фактор, но хотелось бы больше аккуратности. Вечером я выпил вина, а на следующий день бокал не вымыли, но при этом перевернули и поставили на место так, будто он чистый. Если бы я налил туда воды, мог бы и не заметить, но остатки вина на дне бросились в глаза 😅 Не критично, я и сам могу его помыть, но ситуация получилась странная.
В остальном всё отлично, спасибо за приём!

Restauré son physique et son esprit
Pros:

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Surtout le petit déjeuner et le bar. Bon la chambre paraissait grande sur les cartes postales. Sinon aucun cauchemar nuit paisible avec la climatisation. Je n' ai eu le temps d'une piscine ou du fitness. Donc super 👍

Cons:

Il y avait des travaux en cours qui dérangés mon esprit et visuel sinon rien 😂

Locatie is prima! We hadden fietsen bij ons en dat is het beste vervoersmiddel in Berlijn.

Cons:

parkeren is duur en denk aan een milieu sticker als je Berlijn centrum in gaat.
