Pros:

Las instalaciones, el desayuno y el buen detalle de bienvenida que nos ofrecieron.

Cons:

No fueron muy claros con el tema de la limpieza de la habitación (greener stay), no nos limpiaron la habitación ni tampoco nos ofrecieron las bebidas gratuitas por no tener el servicio.

Pros:

My son and his friend stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights during their visit to Berlin, and they were very happy with their experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was very convenient to explore Berlin without spending too much time on transportation.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout their stay. They felt well looked after from check-in to check-out.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities met all their expectations, and everything worked smoothly during their visit.

Overall, they found the hotel to offer excellent value for money and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Berlin.
