Wonderful stay, will be back
Pros:

Big spacious room - was lucky enough to get an upgrade so it was nice to have the extra facilities, including a very welcome bath. Breakfast was fresh and good quality and they even had an omlette station where a chef made omlettes to order and a terrace where you could sit outside in good weather. There was a pool and a great little gym too. The reception staff were super helpful. And they have a great incentive scheme to skip daily room cleaning if you want and cut down on the environmental burden. It’s a nice touch to be remembered as a returning customer too.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, komfortabel und sauber. Bequeme Betten, gute Zimmergröße und es ist ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet spielt alle "Stückln": riesen Auswahl und man kann sich ein frisches Omelette zubereiten lassen. Sehr lecker.
Die Lage am Ku'damm ist top; viele Shops in der Nähe und mit der U-Bahn kommt man rasch ins Zentrum.
Wir fanden alles top und unser Aufenthalt war einfach "leiwand".

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Pros:

We booked this hotel for the location, just off of Ku'damm. The welcome we received was great, staff were friendly and (when not busy with other guests) always say hello as we walked past the front desk. The room was decent size for a city location and although the bathroom was on the smaller size it had all we needed. The bed was comfortable and the pillows good. I'm also a big fan of hotels that allow you to use Netflix and casting! Breakfast had good choices and plentiful food - no complaints there.

Cons:

The only real downsides were that the room decor was starting to feel a bit tired, the bathroom toiletries had come loose from the wall (just looked a bit amateur) and the swimming pool was too cold. Really nothing major to complain about at all.

Lokalizacja hotelu świetna dla osób chcących sprawnie poruszać się po centrum stolicy Niemiec.

Hotel zlokalizowany praktycznie w centrum, świetne dojście do metra czy przystanków autobusowych. W pokoju, stołówce oraz strefie wellness było bardzo czysto i pachnąco, widać, że hotel o to dba, cieszy również fakt że godzina wymeldowania to 12:00 w południe a nie jak w innych przypadkach gdzie hotele ucinają dobę hotelową np do godziny 10:00. Śniadania na krótszy pobyt w porządku. Obsługa na stołówce oraz w strefie wellness uprzejma i pomocna.

Cons:

Przy większej ilości spędzonych dni jedzenie śniadaniowe może się znudzić ze względu na monotonność i codzienną powtarzalność wyboru posiłków które nie były urozmaicone, podstawa - ale świeża i smaczna, na ogromny minus zasługuje kwestia parkingowa, za dobę użytkowania z parkingu hotelowego należy dopłacić dodatkowo 40 euro, co uważam jest zdecydowanie przesadą. Parking powinien być darmowy dla gości hotelowych, po prostu wliczony w koszta. Obsługa na recepcji mocno zdystansowana do gości hotelowych.
