Vert Eilat By AFI Hotels

My stay was excellent 👌🏻, especially thanks to the exceptional consideration shown to me as a vegan.
In the dining room, a great effort was made to accommodate all my requests. A special mention goes to the Chef (whose name I apologize for forgetting). Mahmoud, from the hot/cold beverage station, went above and beyond by providing me with cocoa powder after I noticed there was only dairy chocolate milk available. Avi, the dining room manager, personally made sure I wasn't missing anything due to my dietary requirements, and ultimately even checked in on my overall experience. This is an exceptional and highly appreciated level of service, especially considering how incredibly busy the dining room was.
Additionally, it is important to me to bring your attention to the reception staff. I contacted Robert prior to my arrival (as I was running late for check-in due to traffic at the Eilat checkpoint) and explained that I was worried about missing dinner. He stayed in continuous contact with me regarding the dining room on Friday evening, and was incredibly service-oriented, kind, and welcoming. Thank you also to Adrian, who arranged an expedited check-in for me upon arrival so I could make it to the dining room in time to eat.
Thank you very much to the housekeeping team as well, for providing me with feather-free bedding in accordance with my vegan lifestyle.
The entire hospitality experience was truly outstanding. I will, of course, highly recommend you to my family and friends, and I will also share my positive experience in the Facebook group "Tasty Vegan" (טבעוני טעים), which has over 100,000 members.

Its a great hotel , nice room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast is fresh and very varied.
The staff is always nice and friendly .

It was a truly wonderful experience at this amazing hotel! The entire staff was very professional and kind, their service was excellent, the food was clean and delicious, and the rooms were spotless. The room view was stunning — definitely worth the experience, and I’ll definitely come back many more times!

The hotel itself is nice. The lobby is clean, rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are clean WiFi is good and a nice selection of channels on the tv. But…watch out for the other guests, it’s like feeding time at the zoo. The dining room is unbelievably noisy full of shouting adults and screaming children, the latter totally wild. The public areas are the same, just horrifyingly noisy everyone is shouting including the staff. The room above us must have been occupied by a herd of Rhinos with boots on, thump thump non stop. Don’t bother calling to complain, they don’t care. By the way Parking is the usual inadequate farce like the rest of this one horse town. In short, if you don’t mind noise and wild children then this is ok, otherwise plan a safari and see some quieter animals.

You have to pay for the jacuzzi, the rooms are noisy. We were on the 8th floor and still the noise from attractions nearby and the pool were loud. We had several power failures and had to take a cold shower. I will not recommend this hotel. Is well situated which is nice but the parking lot is very small so we had to park outside and pay for the parking several times.

I really enjoyed everything the hotel offers. Thank you very much for everything. The rooms are clean, the dining room is excellent, everything is delicious, they clean everywhere and they treat you with great respect. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent. Check-in was quick. The staff is kind and nice, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The food is delicious and everyone can find something to eat. We enjoyed every moment. It's a shame that the pool is not heated in the winter, but despite that, everything was excellent.

We visited this hotel for the first time. 

We checked in online before arriving, it was really simple and fast.

There was no queue at the reception, the whole process was really fast and convenient. 

We got a large and luxurious room, the bed was really comfortable, and a beautiful view of the sea and the pool.

Very thoughtful and tasty breakfast, quite a large selection. 

The hotel is close to all the central areas, 

Promenade, attractions, sea, restaurants, shops.

We will definitely return to this hotel in the future!

The hotel seems fully booked, however was very quiet. the only time we felt the crowd was at the huge ques for breakfast.
Did want to laten c/o which was impossible, unfortunately. Subich from the reception was exceptionally nice and patient.

I just want to say thank you to Sam and Shir from security. They literally saved me. I lost my key to our family car. Was panicking. They found the key, put it on the side, labeled and gave it to me when I came looking. We are super grateful! I am not sure what we would have done otherwise.

The staff was friendly and helpful
Service was provided rapidly whenever needed.
Breakfast is good, the main issue is that there is no fruits (only preserved), no natural juice.

Great hotel, great service

In relation to the price I paid, I got full value for money, but I booked the vacation a long time in advance, so the price was very attractive. The hotel is old, but well maintained. Some staff members were very helpful (Betty from the dining room was very nice), cleaning workers did not always do their job. I didn't try dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was basic, not bad, but nothing special

Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend.
Some noisy guests were shouting in the pool area late at night. Calling reception didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was nice, coffee needs some improvement.

Good location, bad hotel

When I arrived at the hotel with my wife, we really liked the location and the cleanliness, the employees were all kind. But unfortunately at night a piece of the ceiling fell on me and the lamp of the room got into my eyes and ruined my weekend and the rest of the week that I had to go with a bandage and not work for several days according to the ophthalmologist's recommendation.
All the fun of the vacation was spoiled. There were no free rooms in the hotel. We had to stay in the room with the damages and the hotel employees worked in our room until midnight. We didn't sleep at all the entire vacation until on Friday they moved us to a room and offered to compensate us for one night free of charge, which is very poor for the great damage they caused us physically and mentally.

No electricity for several hours in the 40 degrees in Eilat / August.
Only 2 elevators out of 5 worked. (2 in Shabbat mode and one out of order)
