איתי מהקבלה היה מדהים! קיבל את פנינו בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל! המלון מדהים החדרים יפים ונקיים והאוכל טעים! היה מושלם!!
קודם כל אנחנו רוצים להודות מכל הלב על האירוח המדהים! נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון – הכול היה נקי, נעים ומסודר, והשירות היה פשוט וואו .
תודה מיוחדת לרחלי שמהרגע הראשון היא הייתה מקסימה, אכפתית, סבלנית ושירותית בצורה יוצאת דופן. היה לי מבחן חשוב במיסים, והיא ממש התעניינה, עודדה אותי ודאגה שאהיה רגועה ושיהיה לי טוב. היחס האישי, החום והאכפתיות שלה עשו את כל ההבדל והפכו את השהות שלנו למיוחדת הרבה מעבר למה שציפינו.
וכמובן שאנשי הבר אין מה להגיד פואד וג׳אמילה🩷
אנשים כאלה הם הסיבה שחוזרים למקום שוב ושוב. תודה ענקית על שירות מכל הלב. אין ספק שנחזור ונמליץ על המלון בחום.

חייבת לציין במיוחד את רחלי מנהלת קשרי לקוחות האדיבה והשירותית והאני מנהל מזון ומשקאות שהיו קשובים לכל הצרכים ועשו זאת בחיוך ואהבה גדולה
ממש נתנו לנו תחושה כייפית וטובה
וחוויית הטרקלין שבכלל משדרגות את החופשה.
