According to local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempt from paying VAT on their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non-tourists" as defined in the VAT law) are required to pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 20:00.
On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends.

- The yellow lights and spots in the rooms, would be better if they were white or led
- The pool and spa closed at 18:30, and since it's a summer time, I would prefer to keep them open till 19:30 or 20:00
- "Full board" service is not the same as "All inclusive", which enforce me to pay for everything outside the restaurant room, even paying for the soft drinks in the restaurant itself. I missed also the free beer/soft drinks and ice creams in the pool area

האוכל היה יוצא מן הכלל, החדר היה נקי, הצוות היה מקסים מאוד, חייכני ושירותי, ולא היה חסר כלום בחדר, המיקום של המלון ממש טוב קרוב לים ולמרכזי קניות, לא היה חסר מתקנים במלון להעביר בהם את השהייה
לא היה חנייה כשהגענו ולנסוע בשאטל בכל פעם שרוצים לצאת לא נוח ומי שסוגר את כל התשלום מראש והפרטי זיהוי דרך booking צריך עדיין לעמוד בכל התור הארוך בקבלה רק כדי לקבל מפתחות.

le repas du soir nous sommes dans une période sans viande dans le judaisme et la rien 2 petit plat de poissons inadmissible pour un restaurant cacher en Israël
