La ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación . Buena comida
La atención del personal en el comedor. Eran muy bruscos con los clientes. El despacho de café es fatal. Mejor coloquen unas maquinas y que cada cliente se sirva solo. Falta de parking en el lugar

חוויה מדהימה במלון VERT! שירות ברמה גבוהה, צוות אדיב ואווירה נעימה. תודה מיוחדת לאנדרי סימונוב, מנהל המלון, על יחס אישי, אכפתיות, זמינות ומקצועיות יוצאת דופן. רואים שהוא באמת דואג לאורחים ולפרטים הקטנים. בהחלט נחזור שוב! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It used to be nice in the past. It’s close to the sea, but today it’s a big party from 8 o’clock in the morning till 6 o’clock in the evening, very loud. You cannot get rest.
It’s become a one place big party joint from the morning till the evening. The music is so loud that even with the windows close. You cannot relax in your room. Even several times that we contact them and ask to decrease the volume, nothing happened
I liked the location and the easy access to the Dead sea from the pool. Nice rooms and balcony. We were impressed with how attentive Andrei Simonov was, he made sure to fulfill our requests and checked in frequently.
The size of the spa pool- needed to be much bigger given the large size of the hotel. Also there was only one jacuzzi. And the meat selections and quality at meals was disappointing.

הצוות היה אדיב ותמיד ניסע לעזור. נקי מסודר . פינקו אותנו בדברים קטנים בחדר ובחזור כשנישארנו עוד קצת אחרי שמסרנו מפתחות.וסגן מנהל נתן שרוט מצויין. יחס אישי. לא מובן מעליו. תודה רבה.
נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו בסוף השבוע במלון וורט ים המלח. המלון נעים, מפנק ומאפשר ליהנות מחופשה רגועה ונעימה.
חשוב לנו במיוחד לציין לטובה את אנדריי, שליווה אותנו במסירות כבר מרגע ההזמנה, דרך ההגעה למלון ולאורך כל השהות. הגישה האישית, הזמינות, האכפתיות והתחושה שיש מי שבאמת דואג לכל פרט – היו יוצאות דופן והפכו את החוויה שלנו למיוחדת הרבה יותר.
אנדריי הוא ללא ספק נכס למלון, והשירות האישי והלבבי שלו ראויים לכל הערכה.

Everything is perfect, lovely, clean, helpful and friendly staff. The pool is wonderful. The spa is beautiful and the treatments excellent.
