Cualquier otro hotel está mejor.
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal fué maravilloso desde el valet parking bell boy recepción meseros etc.

Cons:

Nunca sirvió el aire acondicionado de la habitación (no lo lograron arreglar), habitación sucia, tina de baño incómoda, piso del baño viejo y en mal estado, muebles descarapelados, alfombra vieja y sucia y lámparas empolvadas.
Se necesita una renovación completa de todas la habitaciones y bar lobby.
Es una pena con tan buenos empleados y dedicados que las instalaciones estén viejas sucias y olvidadas a su suerte.
Me da verguenza poner fotos porque no es culpa de los empleados . Es el hotel que lo están dejando caer muy mal.

Un gran lugar como opción para ir un fin de semana y con alberca.
Pros:

Todo excelente, atención de personal, proceso rápido el check in y out, comida, instalaciones.

Cons:

Hubo muchos niños que en la madrugada estaban haciendo ruido y saltando en el piso de arriba que hizo un poco más tardado el dormir

Lo peor del hotel Presidente Puebla intercontinental

Lo peor fue llegar y hacer el pago de mi reservación en el hotel tal como lo elegí yo. El problema grande fue que ellos ya me lo habían rebajado antes con un ( sistema) de ellos mismos, lo noté inmediatamente y lo hablé directamente con el encargado de recepción y el lo minimizó al decir que fue un error y que tenía que esperar, la gran sorpresa fue que NUNCA se me íntegro el dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito. El jefe Eduardo Aguilar nunca mostró interés en el problema. Que ésto pase en un hotel de esa categoría es imaginable al ser un Intercontinental.
Tengo los estados de cuenta y los correos electrónicos que nunca contestaron.
Tengan cuidado con esas malas prácticas ya que no se le quita el dinero de esa forma a un huésped.
