no puedo creer que un hotel Presidente Intercontinental tenga tan mal servicio... en el desayuno: tardan muchísimo, traen mal lo que se les pidió, ...
pedí una bolsa de hielos a la habitación y tardaron 1 hora (después de hablar 4 veces)... les especifiqué que era una bolsa de hielos para ponérmela en el tobillo y me traen una cubeta de hielos porque "no manejan bolsas" (???) ... después me trajeron la bolsa que obvio tienen en el hotel... a mi hijo y nuera les tocaron a las 2am de "room service" que NO pidieron... en fin! deberían mejorar el servicio en ese sentido... no usamos nada más de las instalaciones porque solo fuimos a la carrera de Hyrox
