Calme confortable et propre m, bon petit déjeuner

Le prix n’inclut pas l’accès au spa et la piscine
Everything! They upgraded us the room, they gave us gratis spa and discount at the bar. The dinner was delicious and at normal prices. The staff war very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean.
I would like the room a little bit warmer, especially the bathroom and with more lights, especially where the coffee machine was it was completely dark.
Die Lage, nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in 10 Minuten mit der Tram im Centrum von Den Haag und sehr ruhig am Wald.
Der Upgrade in die 6. Etage mit tollen Blick und ruhig nach hinten raus.

Der Sport- und Spa- Bereich.
Vom Frühstück war ich etwas enttäuscht bezüglich der Auswahl an Fisch, Käse und Schinken. Kräuterquark gab es gar nicht und Obstsalat für das Müsli nur mit exotischen Früchten.
Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer gab sehr wenig Licht.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Man uns den Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer nach hinten raus gleich erfüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.
Die Betten waren zu weich und mit einer deutlichen Kuhle keine besondere Erholung. Das Mobiliar Stühle z.B. reparaturbedürftig. Ansonsten ordentlich aber auch kein besonderer Luxus zum Wohlfühlen.

De extra city tax die erbij kwam en dure parkeerkosten die naar mijn doen niet echt duidelijk van tevoren ergens vermeld stonden.
Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt!
Zeer dure parking aan het hotel… amper 4 gewone laadpalen aan een schandalig dure prijs… zelfs snelladers in de buurt zijn een pak goedkoper!!

Superbe hôtel. Très agréable séjour et le personnel très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner super! A refaire!

Ik kom jaren bij deze hotel dat zegt genoeg
Dat de personeel met gekke prijzen komen wat niet klopt mij 2x wil laten betalen voor parkeerkosten.. bij het verlengen is op de site van hun goedkoper bij de balie duurdere dus via booking.com verlengd heb gevraagd waarom ze 120 duurder zijn dan op hun eigen site konden ze geen antwoord op geven ook die vrouw die daar 20 jaar werkt die kon en wilde mij geen verklaring geven heb in 6 dagen 1300 uitgegeven en dan willen ze meer van je pakken
Ruime kamers, goed parkeren, vriendelijk personeel en heel uitgebreid ontbijt.
