Very disappointing stay
Cons:

The reception refused to issue an invoice, told me to contact booking. Booking directs me to the hotel. The receptionist did not want to deal with the situation, said she could not help. Correspondence about the invoice has been going on for 2 days and there is no result. Is it difficult to issue an invoice in the 21st century.....?

Es hat uns gut gefallen - aber parken zu teuer bei 5 Nächten fast 150.- Euro

Sollten wir nochmal nach DenHaag reisen, gibt es definitiv ein ANDERES Hotel :(
Pros:

Das Personal an der Bar/Restaurant war sehr nett und hat uns gut umsorgt. Zimmer war gut, Austattung vernünftig, Bad gut.
Frühstück war ganz gut, auch wenn die Auswahl an der Müslibar nicht ganz ausreichend war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Cons:

Lage direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße (inkl. Straßenbahn), ab 6 Uhr wird die Stadt wach - und das hört man.
Parkplatz 30€ pro Nacht (!) ist schon ziemlich dreist. Preise auch an der Bar / im Restaurant ziemlich gepfeffert - evtl besser wenn man dem Club beitritt für Rabatte?

Ganz schlimm hat sich die Rezeption geschlagen:
* Hat Dinge vergessen (Armband für Sauna/Spa, obwohl mitgebucht),
* Gästewünsche abgelehnt (Kingsize Decke gegen zwei Einzeldecken "geht nicht"?!?! Ging doch mit Housekeeping!)
* angemeldeter Wunsch für Zimmerservice/Handtuchwechsel hat nicht stattgefunden
* Angesagte Infos zum Parkticket ("wird entwertet") haben dann nicht funktioniert - man musste ein neues holen
* Reservierung für eine größere Gruppe wurde wegen Personalmangel von den Chefs abgelehnt - die Gäste darüber aber nicht informiert (!)

Fazit: Preis/Leistung muss ich leider mit unterirdisch bewerten, das lag besonders aber am fehlenden Servicegedanken

Mijn kamer was zeer schoon, ruim en netjes. Wellness was op zondag zalig!
Pros:

Ik kreeg een attentie van het hotel! Super leuk!

Cons:

Buiten sauna was niet warm genoeg. Als je wellness tegen betaling aanbieden moeten alle faciliteiten 100% verzorgd zijn.
