Pros:

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen. Die Straßenbahn hält in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Der größte Vorteil ist jedoch die Möglichkeit, sich nach einer langen Fahrt im Pool und in der Sauna zu entspannen.

Cons:

Im Duschraum gab es nur einen kleinen Duschkopf, und das Wasser floss sehr langsam. Es wäre außerdem besser, wenn das Personal im Spa-Bereich wüsste, dass der Eintritt in die Sauna für Gäste, die ihr Zimmer über Booking reserviert haben, bereits im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist.

Pros:

The breakfast was the only highlight of my stay. It offered a great selection of fresh and tasty food, and the breakfast staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay – poor customer service
I travelled all the way from Austria to the Netherlands specifically to attend an Alanis Morissette concert. Unfortunately, repairs in my room and a defective safe delayed my departure, causing unnecessary stress and making me arrive at the concert much later than planned.
The room had several problems. The safe did not work, the wardrobe/minibar unit was damaged, and the room was not properly cleaned. There was noticeable dust, and the glass wardrobe doors were covered with fingerprints, giving the impression that they had not been cleaned before my arrival.
I also experienced technical issues during my stay and an unpleasant incident at the hotel bar.
After returning home, I sent a detailed and polite complaint to the hotel management and asked for a gesture of goodwill. Despite several emails, I never received a meaningful response. The only emails I received concerned payment of the city tax, while my complaint was completely ignored.
I have now paid the city tax in full, but I am very disappointed that collecting the payment seemed more important than responding to a genuine customer complaint.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Im Spa - Bereich unser liebevoll genannter „ Knossi“ als Personaltrainer.
Er hat sich richtig viel Zeit für uns genommen. Aufgüsse, Eis hingestellt und immer wieder trinken aufgefüllt plus zwischendurch sauber gemacht. Einfach fantastisch .
Ebenfalls das Frühstück muss man absolut hervorheben. Besonders das Omelette war Mega.
Auch im Rezeptionsbereich top Auskünfte mit viel angebotener Hilfe.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Die gute Lage des Hotels, der gute Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Tram, Bus), die guten Betten und das ausgiebige Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Dass man für den Autoparkplatz etwas zahlen muss ist i.O. Die Kosten dafür sind für mein Dafürhalten zu hoch angesetzt. Dass man als Hotelgast für die Nutzung des Pools extra bezahlen muss, finde ich schade und unangemessen.

A home from home?
Pros:

So comfortable, I arrive mid morning after a ferry journey and I was able to check in straight away. The staff were very hospitable. The breakfast area is beautiful, with doors opening to a patio and same ghost of the health spa.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about this Property.
