The property's location is excellent, offering convenient access to key attractions and amenities. The dinner buffet was undoubtedly one of the finest available in the city, featuring an impressive selection and exceptional quality. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable; however, the menu remained largely unchanged throughout our four-night stay, and a greater variety would have enhanced the experience.
A special commendation goes to Katrina, the Duty Manager, whose professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction significantly improved our stay. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. Despite being charged an additional fee for early check-in, the reception team was unable to allocate a room and kept us waiting until late in the evening, causing considerable inconvenience and discomfort for our family.
Katrina handled the situation with remarkable transparency, empathy, and efficiency. She candidly explained the challenges faced by the hotel, addressed our concerns proactively, and arranged a temporary room to ensure our family was comfortable while a permanent solution was being organized. Her exceptional customer service transformed what had become a frustrating experience into a positive one.
Had Katrina not intervened, we were seriously considering requesting a full refund and relocating to an alternative property. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for guests deserve special recognition and are a credit to the hotel.
Unfortunately, my initial experience with the hotel fell significantly short of the standards one would expect from a five-star property.
Prior to arrival, I had specifically requested an early check-in and adjoining rooms, both of which were acknowledged by the hotel. However, neither commitment was honored upon arrival. Despite being charged an additional fee for early check-in at the reception desk, one of the rooms was not made available. I spent several hours in the lobby repeatedly following up with the reception team, whom I recall as Gadafi and Rose (apologies if the names are not entirely accurate).
Throughout the day, I was repeatedly advised to return in another 30 minutes or an hour, with no definitive resolution provided. Eventually, after growing weary of waiting, I left the hotel briefly to freshen up. To my astonishment, upon returning at approximately 7:00 PM, well after the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, the room was still not ready.
Communication from the reception team lacked transparency, and I was repeatedly informed that the hotel was fully occupied and that the king-size room I had reserved was unavailable. This was highly disappointing and created a very poor first impression of the property. Furthermore, the reception area offered limited seating for waiting guests, and the check-in process itself was exceptionally slow. Each time I sought an update, I had to rejoin the queue and wait considerable periods before being attended to.
A special note of appreciation must be given to Katrina, the Duty Manager, whose professionalism, honesty, and guest-centric approach ultimately salvaged the situation. She provided a candid explanation of the challenges the hotel was facing, addressed our concerns with empathy, and arranged a temporary room to ensure my family could be accommodated comfortably. Her intervention transformed what was becoming an extremely frustrating experience into a manageable one.

Our second stay here and it does not dissapoint. Spacious comfy clean rooms and friendly staff with a location to beat. Parking is complimentary. Overall a good stay.
