Absolutely fabulous.
Pros:

What a wonderful stay i had. Travel to Singapore almost yearly and this is the most wonderful so far. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is the best, Definitely highly recommended.

Great value for the location. A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location right near Orchard Station, great food options nearby and very convenient for travelling all over Singapore on the MRT. Room was quite generously sized, we had 2x adults plus a teenager on a foldaway bed and we all fit without too much of a squeeze. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Onsite gym was OK but quite small and not well air-conditioned. Sometimes when the room was serviced, small things were missed, like used water glasses not being replaced.

An excellent stay considering the strategic location and facilities.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet and staffs are my favourite part of the stay. The diversity of the food was excellent especially since I travelled with my parents. Not to mention they were all very delicious too. And the breakfast staffs are just so lovely -- very friendly and nimble. The porters are very efficient and helpful as well. The room was big enough to fit my 6 luggages and they accommodated my request well which I appreciated.

Cons:

The staff who dealt with my check-in process was efficient but not the most friendly especially compared to the check-out staff and others. Not a dealbreaker but wouldve been nicer if she had been nicer.
