Pros:

Stay here a few times, I find the hotel is OK. But the staffs were not friendly. Near the Orchard station (still have to walk 10-12 minutes, but all can be accessed with escalators)

A truly comfortable stay —highly recommended, especially for Muslim travellers.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to Orchard Road and public transport. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, courteous, and always willing to help. As Muslim travelers, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. It was one of the most Muslim-friendly hotel experiences we've had while traveling in Singapore. Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. The only suggestion I'd make is to consider offering complimentary laundry for 2–3 pieces per day for suite guests. It would be a thoughtful addition and make the stay even more convenient for longer visits.
