Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a maze and ended up walking a lot through dark aisles.
Also, to get to the city center had to walk under a bridge with many homeless, felt a bit unsecured.

Good location/ nice and clean but parking is overpriced and so may not boom again for that
Pros:

Very clean/ modern
But our door broke and had to change room which was a bit annoying but it was a nice hotel

Cons:

Parking is to expensive and the hotel is already over priced in my opinion

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

2 stars hotel maximum 3 stars. No chance to be more than that.
Pros:

Good location, close to the centre and Chinatown. Has a car park underneath but no charging points. Would have found another car park with an ev charger

Cons:

The room was on the fourth floor but very old and tired.
The water from shower head and basin tap had the same problem, very hot water first for about 2 minutes, then it turned to warm or cold as you wanted. Even when it was set as cold at the beginning. So it was very confusing before I realised it. Thought we didn’t have any cold water at the moment. It was nearly midnight. All children were very tired. I was ready to let them go to sleep without washing.
The shower was over the bathtub with unadjusted angle which led flooding every time someone had a shower. The shower screen was very narrow which made things even worse.
The shaver socket was very difficult to plug in, when checking what was wrong, I saw both holes were blocked by the fluffs.
The basin drain was broken, it could only drain the water very slowly. So when you had to run the hot water for 2 minutes, small basin was filled up quickly and fortunately the overflow worked surprisingly.
I don’t normally leave bad reviews so easily, but after being served food by robots in a hotpot restaurant that evening. You came back to this, like you traveled back in a Time Machine.
Breakfast was cheap so you get what you paid for I guess? When seeing the ‘smoothie’ in jugs I couldn’t help laughing. Maybe I misread the label? It was yoghurt or jam? Thicker than yoghurts.

Pros:

Location to event we were attending was 5min walk and hotel is very nice breakfast so much to choose from very nice.

Cons:

The beds were to hard for me.
Top of wardrobe very top was very dusty apart from that everything was spot on would definitely return.

Been before and will definitely come again
Pros:

Yummy breakfast, plenty of choice
Staff very speedy at taking used pots away n keeping it very clean.
Beds huge and comfy. Rooms immaculate.

Cons:

The only one thing that let it down were the Pillows. They were far too hard.
