Pros:

Room was fantastic as we're the facilities....tightly closed curtains were a bonus....couldn't hear the Saturday morning traffic....as for breakfast....where do I start..
Everything you could possibly ask for and plenty of it..
Reception staff were fantastic...slight altercation with our early check in but it was sorted in minutes..

Looking forward to book for the Xmas market

The stay was excellent….Am already planning to stay here again on my next trip to Birmingham
Pros:

Excellent choice of breakfast. Also fresh fruit available in reception as well as vitamin juice and water. Lovely air con too. Our king room was lovely and spacious. Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. A very short walk into the centre too.

Cons:

There was nothing really not to like! I couldn’t fault anything! If I had any slight negative it would be that I didn’t like the fragrance of that toiletries but that’s honestly all!

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The staff are great,very friendly, helpful and polite. Made things easier for me especially as I was here with my young baby!

Also very happy the air con worked and the whole building was cool and comfortable.
