Pros:

Clean, welcoming, comfortable foyer furniture

Cons:

The lift button had lost its front so it did seem a bit dangerous to call the lift from that button, should have been taped off, there was a pungent smell of drains when we first arrived which was off putting

Great hotel in the centre of Birmingham
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, entire hotel was spotless and was a quick walk from New Street train station.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff at check in were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The room was extremely comfortable with AC that could cool sufficiently on a hot day. The location was excellent. We walked from Birmingham New Street Station as it was only 10 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was really tasty and a good selection.

Colazione ottima e personale molto gentile. Ottimi gli orari di inizio della colazione alle 6:30. Peccato che in camera non fosse presente un frigorifero tipo frigo bar, magari anche vuoto ma con la possibilità di mettere al fresco bibite o medicinali.

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un frigo bar. Magari anche vuoto ma almeno la possibilità di mantenere fresco se ti porti qualcosa..
