Impressive value for money
Pros:

incredibly large and clean rooms. the air con was very powerful. robes and slippers provided, good hospitality tray. the breakfast was very nice and the staff were very fast when I mentioned I was gluten free, the lady immediately brought me gluten free toast.

Cons:

not especially well signposted when approaching by foot - i went up the ramp for cars.

Tranquil hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Well located for central Birmingham, a calming oasis in a busy city. Beds were comfy and room was adequate size for family of four. Room location was quiet, shower was powerful, staff were welcoming and breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Plenty of parking in the multi storey car park next to the hotel albeit pricey - go up for the hotel spots.

Great hotel
Pros:

Well maintained hotel and very clean, excellent location for the city centre with car parking facilities nearby. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are worth a visit, excellent breakfast with a very good choice of foods. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

Cons:

We have no complaints at all, this is our second stay in the hotel and we will return.
