Very comfortable hotel in a great location for business or pleasure.
Pros:

Excellent location with great views of the waterfront. Aircon that actually works! The breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. All the team members were friendly and helpful.

A great stay for us all.
Pros:

Breakfast and evening meal were excellent. There was a good choice for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the hotel swimming pool facilities. Staff on reception were very helpful and so were the staff cleaning the rooms.

Great stay, perfect location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Staff - Andrius on reception was the best. He is what ALL reception staff should be like. An absolutely fantastic human being and was a superstar at check-in and every time we saw him throughout our stay.

Room - Very clean and comfortable.

Location - Perfect for everything we needed. Easy walk to Pier Head, City Centre, and Docks. Pick-ups are easy for cab/uber/tours.

Cons:

Staff - Sadly, the guy on reception at check-out wasn't in the best of moods, and was a far cry from the friendliness of Andrius (but it was 6am!)

Facilities - Although I'd paid for breakfast for both days, I had to leave very early on departure day. No 'to-go' breakfast was offered, which was disappointing.

The location is excellent for access to shops and the hotel facilities are great. The staff were welcoming and really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location and the staff were lovely. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice.

Cons:

No locks on the lockers in the swimming pool changing rooms. Others seem to have brought their own padlocks. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving valuables unattended.

Fab facilities and location with lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and cheerful, always willing to help.
The Hotel location was absolutely spot on to be in a quiet area with a short stroll to be in the hub of the city.

Cons:

We would have liked a little more lounging on offer at the spa pool, or possibly a booking/numbered system to save it seeming over crowded.

Will return for a longer weekend stay...
Pros:

Aspect, location, friendliness of the staff, especially the Concierge. Cleanliness and brewing facilities. Biscuit snacks were appreciated too. Ability to leave luggage for later pickup.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing. We went down just before 9am and found that there were only 2 sausages and 2 eggs but they were dry and didn't look appetizing. The bacon was fine. Maybe keep a closer eye on the hot items, ensuring that they are replenished regularly.

All round excellence
Pros:

Incredible location, spotlessly clean, attractive decor, incredibly helpful staff and delicious food in the restaurant area. We left behind some headphones and the staff told me how to arrange a collection, they shipped them off to us straight away and were returned before we went away again 3 days later! Thank you.

We were only there one night as when we entered 2 nights the price rocketed from £178.00 for one night up to over £600.0
