This was a last minute booking after we got off the ferry from the Isle of Man and they were happy for us to check in our room early. On arrival the staff were lovely, very welcoming and the reception area was beautiful. The bar staff, also very customer focussed giving the place a very relaxed vibe. A special thank you to the lovely bar manager, Caroline, who is a credit to the Crown Plaza. Caroline made us feel so looked after during our stay, providing the best guest experience along with her bar staff team and will be the reason we chose to stay here whenever we travel to Liverpool again. The spa staff, morning staff at breakfast, again 10/10. Gorgeous breakfast and the place was spotless.

Lovely room, great breakfast. Good value last minute with breakfast included.
It would have been helpful to have clearer info on parking costs as that came as a surprise at the end. Booking.com could have made that clearer as I filtered for parking. One of the charging apps also lists you as having a car charger which isn't there but reception staff helpful to find another.
