Ace location 👌 great friendly staff. Needs a little updating in places but overall great stay would definitely recommend for the location and parking for 24 hours

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff where friendly and helpful. The facilities are amazing. The breakfast was very tasty and constantly being topped up.

Pros:

Decor in bar was nice to sit and have drinks

Cons:

Shower wasn't great, one bar-tender was quite rude. Waited over an hour on food but they did apologise and discounted the bill which was nice

Perfect except.... The double beds could be bigger. No sockets to work with at the other side of the bed if i wanted to stay in bed with my laptop.

Great hotel - Lovely staff and location
Pros:

Great Location - rooms were great, hotel is beautiful, lovely lobby and bar and eating areas. Pool for the kids which is always a bonus. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

We wanted to eat in the bar on the Sunday night (after a late Liverpool game so was very busy) service was not great in here - food ordered was out of stock and the order was messed up quite a bit. Waited a long time for food and drink - but appreciate it was really busy.
