First class place to stay on Liverpool’s waterfront
Pros:

The Crowne Plaza is in a perfect location right next to the cruise and ferry ports.
The £20 per night parking was well worth it and it’s easy to find from any of the motorways. That said it’s not far from the railway stations & heart of Liverpool where there are is so much on offer.
The property itself has first class decor, dining and comfortable bar areas.
The pool and spa are great if you fancy a relax before heading out into town.
Bedrooms are well appointed very quiet , the tea and coffee was accompanied with biscuits a chocolate each and a can of water. Toiletry products we’re very nice and towels / linen very good quality.
Breakfast was first class, coffee was brought to the table, and there was everything you could possibly want available.
All of the staff were very welcoming , helpful and polite …
We stayed here for two nights and would definitely stay here again .

Having spent the day walking round Liverpool, we relaxed in the spa then finished the evening chilling on the comfy sofa
Pros:

The hotel was located within walking distance of the station, centre of town and the riverside. The entrance was bright and welcoming with beautiful, comfortable and relaxing seating areas to have a drink or food in.
The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any questions.

Great!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, near town centre but right in the heart of dockland and museums. Loved the pool. Bed comfortable and room a good size. Parking on site

Cons:

Bed against the wall so husband had to climb in and out from the bottom!
