Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el desayuno no puedo opinar pq nunca desayuné en el lugar.

Cons:

Que al principio encontre la pluma de baño defectuosa pero fui notifique y hicieron la gestión, pero al día siguiente note que no iban a recoger la basura tuve que pedir las bolsas para yo cambiarlas, cambio de toallas y limpieza de la cama cosas que ví al principio pero al tercer día mejoraron el servicio.

Over all the Monumental was nice enough for the price. I enjoyed a very restful stay.
Pros:

The pool was beautiful. The room was nice, clean. The covered porch was a beautiful harbor during the afternoon storm.

Cons:

The hallways were stuffy, warm with a damp smell. I would prefer the breakfast be included in the room. The front desk should be where the entrance is or there should be a driveway to the entrance by the front desk. But none of this would keep me from staying again.

Pros:

The hotel was dated but in good condition. The staff was excellent & went out of their way to help.
Accommodations were good. Excellent location to all theme parks.

Cons:

Their morning buffet was a typical hotel buffet.
Not much to talk about. The food was good though.

Not good
Cons:

No microwave in the room I had to take food all the way down stairs to warm food. There were also ants in my room and the pillow cases were dirty. I never got any room service or anything. I will not book that hotel again.

Pros:

We decided not to stay, the place had a musty and moldy smell once you walked in. We asked for a refund that we are dealing with at bookings. com.

Cons:

The place need to be updated, on the outside you cold see the mold running down the exterior walls, we we very disappointed.

Nasty, pésimo servicio, nos cambiaron de cuarto 3 veces en 7 días por todos estos inconvenientes!
Pros:

Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación que te queda cerca de todo de lo contrario desde el servicio hasta la limpieza, estructuras y mantenimiento pésimo! La cama también me pareció bastante cómoda! El Jackusi fue bueno para esos días q estuvo lloviendo en la tarde!

Cons:

Pésima limpieza desde pelos en el baño con moho. Entras a la habitación lo menos que huele es a limpio! Huele a pura humedad! Hay un aire extra que no sale en las fotos lo q hace mojar las alfombras y tener un mal olor toda la estancia. Y lo q te dicen es q es culpa tuya por usar la bañera cuando yo ni me había bañado en el! La piscina de lejos se ve verde el agua parecía bastante limpia pero el piso negro de moho y verde necesita pintura y mantenimiento! Los chorritos del jackusi solo funcionan 2 uno de ellos no sirve! Las fotos deberían de actualizarlas y bajarle a los filtros porque no se ve nada como sale en la foto!
