Yulimar was an awesome hostess
Yulimar greet me every morning with a smile. She made sure I was taking care of from the time I sat down for breakfast until I left for the morning . Make sure you ask for yulimar .

We had a fabulous day at this hotel. It is very nice, but especially the restaurant. The lady Yulumar was very kind and accommodating. She made the experience even better. It will definitely stay again.
The room air conditioning was inadequate. The bathroom curtain was torn, the soap shelf in the shower was cracked and broken, the towel holder behind the bathroom door was broken as well. The best thing was our restaurant hostess, Yulimar. She was extremely gracious and helpful. My wife is handicapped, and couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast. I asked the manager if I could bring her breakfast to the room, he said he couldn't allow it. Thankfully Yulimar overheard this and kindly provided two to-go containers for my wife. I was extremely pleased with her understanding and kindness.

My wife and I made our second stay reservations at the Sonesta after a good experience earlier this year. We found both the hotel and surrounding area nice. The accommodations were very good and the only downside we found (parking fee) was offset by the very competitive pricing which we felt compensated for the charge.
Through no fault of Sonesta, this stay presented a challenging situation. Tanija W. went above and beyond helping us resolve the issue. We are both very thankful for her help and we look forward to choosing Sonesta again for our next visit shortly.
had a great experience, and Evelyn made the night even better. She was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude from the moment I sat down. She made sure my drinks were perfect, checked on me throughout the evening, and made everyone around the bar feel welcome. Great customer service like hers is hard to find these days. If you stop by, definitely ask for Evelyn—you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location, the pool, gym! Everything is good.
The only thing I didn’t like is the toilet keeps running water. But easy fix.
Toilet was constantly leaking. We had to manually adjust the flapper each use. Bathroom overall was quite dated. Charging $18 to park overnight in a perimeter hotel surface lot was REALLY tacky. Most of all, the Braves shuttle service was bad. The driver had no approved drop-off point; just let us off on a street corner and told us to return and wait at a sign on the corner after the game. We did and waited forever in the heat before calling several times and receiving varying info about the need to move up the road to wait in front of different businesses (first a sushi bar, then a KFC, then a Walgreens, which was across Cobb Parkway -- good luck crossing that on foot after a game). I finally gave up and hired a cab to get back. How can they not have that system in order when they use the "shuttle service" as a selling point??
There was a Waffle House right next door.
You have to pay 20$ a day to park even with your hotel reservation. I did not know this prior to booking. They had construction going on in the hotel. Did not know this prior to booking.
The A/C was broken when we checked in and they did not tell me before checking in. We got to our room and it was 86 degrees in there and the floor was wet because of the humidity I’m assuming. I went to the front desk and they said it would be fixed asap the repair man was tgere to fix it. Went to the 7 hr concert left at 5:00pm come back at 12:00am the ac was still not repaired. So I ask for a refund and the lady was rude about it. (Still waiting on the refund) it’s been 4 days

Needs MAJOR updating. The 2nd night there our toilet wouldn’t flush. We called them to come fix it. An hour later we were still waiting. Housekeeping came and tried to plunge it but that didn’t help. Water was coming out from under the toilet. They were supposed to fix while we were out that day. Came back to room several hours later. All cleaned up. Assumed it was fixed but was not. I called them again. They ended up changing our rooms.
Water pressure in shower was horrible. Bathroom was very small. Had construction going on inside but didn’t notify customers in advance in case they didn’t want to stay while construction going on.
