Very fulfilling
Pros:

Outstanding staff, especially Beverly at the front desk. A great balance between art deco tradition and modern stylish atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room.

Cons:

An antiseptic chemical smell in some elevators. Some el train noise but not very bothersome to us.

Cons:

Booking through a third party doesn’t serve justice. You still have hidden fees and taxes to pay once you arrive at the facility. Parking is way too high for the amount of money we paid to stay.

Pros:

Room was spacious. Good location near restaurants, shopping, public transportation. My wife thought the bed was too soft. I thought it was pretty good. I loved the daily free drinks at the bar.

Love the location and the staff!
Pros:

The location was incredible and the staff was very welcoming and polite. Always ready to help.

Cons:

I did not like the cleaning. For the fare I expected more quality in the cleaning. The carpet was not vacuumed in depth and the bed was not made properly. I think there is a good area of opportunity in this aspect.

lo que no me gusto es que me cobraron mas de lo que decía la reserva por booking y el conserje un hombre de color con barba añadió 200 dolares de garantía por supuestos daños,lo cual sería devuelto a la salida ,lo cual nunca me devolvieron .
he estado en reclamo desde ese mismo día 30 de agosto y solo me han tramitado con respuesta que mi banco no deja procesar el pago y según el reembolso no es lo que se cobró como garantía sino otra diferencia.
es realmente humillante y considero unas estafa .
he dado tres tipos de cuenta y todas según el hotel no dejan procesar el pago

La habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, porque está cerca a pie de todos los lugares turísticos. La zona tiene cafés, tiendas, droguerías y restaurantes excelentes.

Cons:

Entra muchísima luz a través de la puerta y es difícil graduar el aire acondicionado. El personal podría ser un poco más amable, la señorita que nos recibió era bastante tosca para hablar, nos sentimos regañados un par de veces. En una de las habitaciones el sonido del tranvía sonaba bastante duro desde muy temprano, lo que a veces interrumpía el sueño.

All in all was ok. In comparison to other Hotels in the area the price was great & thankfully the staff was so frien

Crazy loud drain In the bath tub
Annnnnd roaches - HUGE.
One In Our room and 1 on the main floor close to restroom. They must have been twins because they were BOTH HUMONGOUS!
