The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a swimming pool for kids and easy parking.
It was tired and feels very 1990s. Two of the three elevators were broken for part of the stay which was a challenge since it took a long time to get to the room.
I really liked the hotel employees. One lady was at the front desk was very friendly and informative, I think Bessie. Another employee, a man helped me right away when I had trouble getting into the pool.
I had requested a room on the atrium side of the hotel, but I did not get it.
There was a person at the front desk who was rude.

It was our 2nd time staying there and we enjoy the hotel and the staff.
Our shower doors never stayed closed and our room door didn't latch all the way.

I did not like that i booked only one night lol
We just checked out of our one night stay a hour & a half early at this Hilton location. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a balcony room over looking the pool and the main lobby. Our room was nice and had just the right amount of space for my partner and I.
However, it’s two things that really disappointed us. On the website it states the pool is heated. FALSE! The pool is regular temperature, COLD which was really disappointing because we were looking forward to it the most. This morning, I went down for breakfast when I was informed our room did not include breakfast. In fact, I was told I’m on my own for breakfast. This took me by a surprise being spoken to by staff of this hotel. I wasn’t offered to purchase breakfast or even a cup of coffee. That interaction was very distasteful and resulted into an early check out.
Love the pool.

It was clean and smelled good.
I was charged twice, once on my credit card and once on my debit card. When I told the front desk lady about it at the time and again when I was checking out, they told me that I was wrong, even tho I pulled up my banker my app and showed them, they said I’d have to take it up with my bank. I’m livid.
Checking in and out was easy. Rooms were roomy and pleasant.
Very tough to find parking because the garage and parking lot were very full on Friday and Saturday nights. The toilet in my bathroom didn't flush well. The toilet paper and facial tissues were very thin and sort of rough. Towels were rough too.
