Disappointing
Pros:

Location, check in process.

Cons:

The air filter in the room was ATROCIOUS. I woke up and could barely breathe. I told the front desk associate and showed them photos. He told me I would receive member points equalling to a free night at any Hilton hotel, but I never received them.

Decent but could’ve been better.
Pros:

Easily able to check in and out, plenty of parking.

Cons:

Firepit was not available even though it was cold and we asked to use it. Sheets had blood on them when we arrived. No trash bags in our trashcans. Our shower faucet leaked so we could hear it drip all night. There was mold in the grout of the shower. Half the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. Overall could have been cleaner.

They food at hotel restaurant smelt amazing. Unfortunately $75 steak was out of our price range

Gute Lage für Boston, Hotel aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Extreme Lautstärke durch Restaurant, Zimmer veraltet und abgewohnt, Möbel + Lampen defekt, Badezimmer unhygienisch aufgrund schlechter Putzleistung in der Dusche

Perfect getaway
Pros:

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and we cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were friendly every time we saw them. The rooms were clean and cute. The restaurant smells amazing the second you walk into the building. One night I was cold and we asked about the heat in our room. They sent Allen to our room to check the heat. He not only helped us with the heat, but was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, restaurant, and the surrounding area.

I would recommend this hotel for couples, families, leisure, work, etc. They seem to adapt to anyone’s needs!
