I thought the breakfast would be more like a restaurant menu and less of a non included 'continental ' style
It took a very long time for the shower water to get hot in our room on the 8th floor
I had an amazing stay at the Doubletree. The front desk staff was very informative. They told us of all the amenities of the hotel the hours of the restaurant and even helped us locate our rooms as well. They also went over the market options available. I will definitely come back again Julio and Kal were amazing when it came to helping my crew at the front desk.
2nd time visiting with great service every trip. Julio is always so nice when checking in and rooms are clean! It is also such a convenience to have a restaurant right here so you dont have to leave after a long day. Will stay here every time!

I had such a wonderful experience with Kali at the front desk. Last night, I was having trouble sleeping because of the time difference and came down to the lobby around midnight looking for some cereal and milk. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any available, and Kali let me know that oatmeal was the only option.
After I explained why I was craving cereal and milk at such a late hour, Kali went above and beyond and actually went into the kitchen to find some for me and brought me a bowl. It may seem like a small gesture, but at midnight, when I was tired and unable to sleep, it meant so much to me.
Kali was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. This is the kind of customer service that truly makes a hotel stay memorable. Thank you, Kali, for going out of your way to take care of me — you are amazing and definitely deserve to be recognized!
