Beds and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

Took a while to get hot water to our shower and faucet. Our reservation was for 2 adults and 2 kids and were only given 3 towels, staff not super knowledgeable about how to get to places using the different public transportation. No elevator from the parking garage to the hotel.

A reliable and friendly option for LGA layovers.
Pros:

This is our go to for overnights between flights. Front desk staff makes check in a breeze. Room was comfortable and clean. Our server at dinner was great, a real Queens Mom. Left before breakfast, but maybe next time. Shuttle to airport was dependable and driver was very helpful. We'll be back.

Cons:

Hallways could have used a bit of attention. Our room was very far from the elevators.

Property location was good and property was clean. Staff was very nice

Cons:

Bathroom - toilets are extremely (unusually?) low and made it difficult with my bad knee.

Shower - stationary glass makes it difficult to turn on water and adjust temperature without being in the shower stall.

Perfect for LGA trips.
Pros:

Perfect for a early morning departure from LGA. We have enjoyed the huge size of the room, compared to most NYC hotels. The room was new, clean and very comfy and quiet. Free shuttle to LGA was also great.

Cons:

All was good.

앱애서 취소가 되었다는 황당한 소식에도 직원위 진철한 안내로 숙박하게 되어 감사합니다. 난 취소를 안했는데 안내는 취소되었다고 하고. 이 문제는 꼭 해결해야 될 문제입니다.

Cons:

취소는 당사자와 호탤이 직접해야지 중간에 앱이 끼어들어 취소 등등은 아닌듯. 좀더 나은 서비스 개선이 필요

Great hotel
Pros:

This is a great hotel and I love coming here to stay for the mets games. The staff is friendly and makes me feel at home. Elements is great too.

Excellent, would definitely stay there again
Pros:

It was clean, and extremely comfortable. Also very quiet. Very close to La Guardia airport and shuttle to airport was very useful and free.

Cons:

It was expensive but as its in NYC a cheap hotel would be very difficult to find.
