Excellent, would definitely stay there again
Pros:

It was clean, and extremely comfortable. Also very quiet. Very close to La Guardia airport and shuttle to airport was very useful and free.

Cons:

It was expensive but as its in NYC a cheap hotel would be very difficult to find.

Truly appalled and dissatisfied.
Cons:

I had several issues from no hot water, tub continuously clogged while taking a shower, door keys didn't work after being sent back by the front desk twice. The keycard was not working for the parking garage. The rooms were not cleaned on the 2nd day of our stay even though I didn't indicate through the door hanger to not do so. Then housekeeping argued with me for about 15 - 20 minutes that they have several other rooms to clean and unfortunately my room wasn't on her list. Then on our last day I called the front desk and requested toilet paper that housekeeping did not put in the room after the scheduled clean up. After calling a third time I was told that they would not be available until after 9 which was absolutely absurd. Then, someone came and brought towels instead of toilet paper. My son had to run the gentleman down and request toilet paper which he finally gave him.
