Our stay was very bad because the hotel had a bed bug problem. Both of my daughters were severely beaten. Both if they got at least 10-12 red marks on their hands legs and were very itchy and caused significantly discomfort.

Everything was extraordinary; the hotel is located close to all the tourist attractions in the heart of Manhattan, the staff were very friendly and eager to help, the room was great and very clean, the area is constantly patrolled by the police.
The breakfast could have been more substantial and varied.

We paid extra through Booking.com to reserve a higher-floor corner room, but when we checked in, the hotel staff said Booking.com hadn’t actually booked the room we paid for. I had to speak with the hotel manager and show him my reservation confirmation from Booking.com. Fortunately, he was very kind and changed our room for us.
It seems there are some communication issues between Booking.com and hotels. This wasn’t the first time we’ve experienced this.
