My first stay at the Hyatt Times Square but definitely not my last at this welcoming hotel!!
Pros:

The facility was clean, the staff friendly and the location great. It felt secluded despite being in the heart of Times Square. Our room was quiet. I liked the international clientele. Thanks to Ronald for the lovely room assignment.

Pros:

The location is unbeatable—everything is nearby and within walking distance. The hotel is new and luxurious, the rooms are exceptionally spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely courteous. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the airport transfer arranged through the hotel was very helpful.

After checking out, my daughter realized she had forgotten her headphones. The hotel team located them in the room and kindly allowed us to arrange for friends to collect them.

Cons:

The only points for improvement are the air conditioning, which is unreasonably cold on some floors and in the lobby, the elevators, which can sometimes take a while, and the reception desk, where there is a queue during most hours—even for a quick question or to borrow an umbrella. Although the staff are highly professional and friendly, this can be slightly inconvenient.

Super, bis auf die Preispolitik. Während beider Aufenthalte fand die WM statt. Fällt als Begründung also aus.

Top gelegen, alles sauber und neu.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel zwei Wochen zuvor für 4 Nächte gebucht und haben dieses Mal für 2 Nächte fast das gleiche bezahlt. Sehr ärgerlich!
