Good, solid place to stay at. Would return.
Pros:

Safe for some mold in the grout of the shower and the limited amenities in the room, all was great!

Cons:

AC chain in Europe has way more amenities in the room for the guest. Also, the dining options close by are not great (unless you love restaurant chains). Every restaurant I considered eating at was 15 or more imutds away.

I was there for work and I could walk to the meeting location for the first day. If you are coming to Portland for tourism (which I was on the second day), it is out of the way from the part of the city you likely are wanting to visit. Not a problem if you have a car.

Pros:

I really enjoyed several aspects of my stay—the breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Both the hotel and the room were clean and well maintained. The fitness center is excellent, and the heated pool was a big plus, especially in colder weather

Cons:

Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the windows is not adequate. Traffic noise from the highway was clearly audible and disrupted the overall comfort of the stay.

Lovely facility and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Immaculately remodeled property. Beautifully styled inside as well as outside. Is within 5 minutes walk to restaurants and has a cheerful lounge with food available on site as well.

I liked the location.

Cons:

I didnt like the breakfast, the fact I caught a skin infection from their unsanitary hot tub (I have all the dr. Documentations) the microwave was put in a spot where there was no plug in so I had to move it to use it.
