Great location in downtown town. We enjoyed our trip during Worldcup matches
Expensive!
Da localização
Do quarto que ficado ao enexado ao elevador, o qual fazia um barulho muito alto, que incomodou a permanencia no quarto.
A localização pois era perto de tudo e consegui fazer tudo a pé.
Chuveiro bem fraco
The only reason we decided to give this hotel a try was because it was the All Star baseball weekend in Philly and everywhere else was completely booked. It was a massive disappointment.
The hotel is incredibly overpriced and run down. Parking is a steep $57 a night. As part of our stay, we were given a $10 daily credit for the grab and go cafe or Art Bar. However, every single time we went down to the Art Bar during their specified hours of operation, they had absolutely no food available, making the credit useless.
The bathroom in our room was actually disgusting and incredibly tight. To make matters worse, the toilet seat was completely broken. Despite asking multiple times for it to be fixed and requesting extra towels, our requests were completely ignored and it was never repaired.
While the overall customer service was sub optimal and the rest of the staff was unfriendly, the sole positive experience we had was with Jonathan at the reception desk. He was very kind and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
Aside from Jonathan, this place was a disaster. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Location was good.
Central location and quiet
Response front desk staff and service staff: I kept losing internet connection and my request for assistance was not received well. Nobody came to clean the room on 12 July and I asked for coffee in the room, was never brought to the room.
checked in quickly even if we were late.
no toilet paper so had to use tissue paper, carpet and bathroom very outdated. Noisy guests on our floor
Location
Property is tired
Rooms are SO LOUD. We were at the end of the hall around a corner and could still hear every movement. The room was clean when we arrived. However, when we had our do not disturb on the staff knocked on our door three days in a row before 9am. When we wanted our room cleaned, no one came. They had a coffee shop downstairs that was only open until 11am exactly. There was a lobby bar that was basically never open. We had a $10 a day credit but had no where we could use it. There was an amenity fee but none of the amenities were available. When we mentioned this, the front desk said things were open when they weren’t. The only positive was the location was good. Very walkable.
Great location, close to metro, central city.
Clean and comfortable.
The hotel has a good location, which makes it convenient for exploring the city.
However, the furniture and overall interior are older than they appear in the photos, and the hotel looks noticeably better online than it does in person. That said, everything was clean and properly maintained. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, especially because of the location, but the hotel could benefit from some renovation and updated furnishings.
Location
Parking and the fact that breakfast restaurant ran out of food !!!! We could not eat before graduation and had no time to go elsewhere.
