Location is everything. Staff could use some hospitality retraining

Guest services needs some retraining. I booked a suite with a sofa bed for three people. The sofa bed had no pillows or blankets and the bathroom was unstocked upon arrival. Called for bedding for the 11 year old that was indicated in the reservation and waited over 45 minutes and had to make 3 calls.Saturday morning, housekeeping chose to have a full volume conversation in the hallway across 4 or 5 bedrooms of sleeping residents before 9am.
