The service!
The ac was acting up but I was accommodated with a fan
The location
They put me in a room with no fridge no phone and busted AC. I had to ask to be put in another room that still did not have a fridge, but the AC was slightly better I guess. No ice machine no ice buckets you had to get a standalone bag of ice from the little store on the first floor.
The customer service was great
That our room didn’t come with a microwave or fridge.
It's close to everything
It was very hot in our room we got moved to a low floor and it was still hot in the new room they gave us so they gave us breakfast cards for me and my husband the breakfast was very nasty so we went the next day and tried it we just walked away because it didn't look good at all We have been coming to this hotel for many years because it's so close to everything but we are looking for other hotels now because we will not be returning.

Lage war ok.
Frühstück eine absolute Katastrophe.
Zimmer nicht komfortabel und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Geruch im Hotel schrecklich. Klima feucht. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Waschbecken Abfluss undicht. Badezimmertüre wurde verschlossen und hat sich nicht mehr öffnen lassen. Preis- Leistung passt überhaupt nicht.
