Will never stay at a crowne point ever again, worst experience
Cons:

$100 booking fee, complimentary breakfast for only 2 when 3 were staying, overnight parking payment, unable to understand staff due to them speaking another language.

Cold shower
Pros:

I liked the parking and the feel of safety using room cards to get upstairs

Cons:

I took a freezing cold shower this morning and shaved my legs in cold water which was horrible
Called they sent someone up, they confirmed it was in fact cold and they spoke Spanish and laughed. That was it
