A good option when transiting by Harare
Pros:

Great location, very good breakfast with much choice, nice swimming pool and gym, and helpful staff

Cons:

Rooms a bit old, no soundproofing windows (though the noise is limited as all rooms face the gardens), no electric plugs close to beds.

It was ok, but first day was ruined by the unclear double payment issues

Time for an upgrade, renovate don't let the place look like a Monomotapa Kingdom

Clean bedding
The reception by the porter at the door, very friendly man

Cons:

Toilet was dusty, carpets too old
The sanitary is too old, toilet was actually difficult to flush, shower curtain messes up the floor probably because the shower rose sprays the water all over the place as one is showering, shower door would be great
It would be great if the Hotel staff could also point that guest should use the tag before pressing the floor in the lift as noted in the lift, as guests we check in very tired sometimes reading instructions might be the last thing on our mind

Great stay
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Linen crisp white and towels very clean as well. AC working great for heating the room too... Andthe modern wooden tiles helps keep room warm yet look very beautiful . Breakfast good as well .

Cons:

The shower over bath.... It's a risk for falling , it's slippery though there are handles ...not the best of set ups . Also bathrooms are old they need a touch of renovations

Prima Lage, sehr sicher. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Super Frühstück.

Cons:

Kommunikation war nicht gut, keine Antwort auf Fragen via booking. Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert.
