No hot tub, pool out of order for months, plug in tub didn't work.
Breakfast and pool were great.
Check in was horrible. It took 40 minutes!!! It was a holiday weekend, so we had to wait behind a lot of drop ins with only one staff member checking people in. BW should have at least two staff at check in for a holiday weekend, AND the current staff should be trained to prioritize checkin for those with reservations first… it would save everyone a lot of time.
The continental breakfast was much better than I thought and certainly much better than Extended Stay America in San Rael that I have been to recently. There was a variety and abundance of food to choose from, and a staff to replenish constantly.

The staff and room were super good
We waited over 2 hours after check in to get a room. Poor staff had a lobby full ot people waiting. Apparently this happens on weekends always according to the front staff and manager no where in site to help.
Pool was nice, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
Allowed pets in the hotel, and one near our room barked all night.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.
The facility seem a bit old and the landscaping was poor.
The room was comfortable and clean. Everything worked well. The neighborhood was quiet and the air conditioner was efficient and quiet.
The pool not working was disappointing, the ice machine was on a different floor and the elevator was too far from our room to be usable - being seniors it would have been useful. The hair dryer was difficult to work. The bed and couch were well worn.

It was easy to find. Facilities were clean.The fitness room was well equipped.
Our room was right next to elevator and lobby so was hard to sleep at times. The scrambled eggs were good our first morning but the second morning were overcooked and rubbery. There were other good choices though.
Staff was great.
The fact when getting the room it should say if the hot tub or pool not working. Man reason we chose your hotel.
