Goede plek om tijdens je reis te overnachten. Ontbijt was goed.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim en mooi schoon. Koffie beschikbaar en goede bedden. Babybedje stond mooi klaar voor onze jongste dochter. Personeel vriendelijk en eten bij de receptie was goed voor een snelle hap.

Cons:

Het was mooi geweest als er een (schuif)deur tussen de bedden van de kinderen en de ouders was geweest. De tv's gingen automatisch aan als ie binnen kwam en dat vind ik erg irritant.

Cons:

I booked a suite with two separate rooms as advertised on booking but it was only one big room with two double beds. There was no privacy, as the other bed was opposite ours, and there wasn’t even a curtain to separate the two areas. Also, the kitchen featured only a kettle, a fridge, a sink and a microwave. When we checked in the first night I wasn’t told by the staff at the reception that I was supposed to ask for a key to open a cupboard where I would find further kitchen equipment. On the second day, when I discovered about this procedure, I opened the cupboard only to find more kitchen tools, but no sight of the camping stove, which apparently was supposed to be inside this cupboard. At any rate, I didn’t expect to find a camping stove (which wasn’t even there), but a properly functioning and equipped kitchen, rather than a mere microwave to cook food for my baby. Finally, the water in the toilet was brown and smelled bad and no matter how many times we flushed, it was still brown and the hotel staff at the reception tried to justify it, claiming it was rainwater (but it looked more like sewage water). Cherry on top when I checked in I was charged the fee for my pet twice, despite having only one dog.

Quite room. Spacious. Good parking. Most of the breakfast. Good location if Gent fc are at home.

Cons:

Check in member of staff looked confused when I had pre paid for the car park. Pillows were shocking soft and only one. I slept on the pull out bed very uncomfortable and not a nice smell. Shower flooded bathroom. No seal on bottom for door. No normal tea in room or at breakfast. Breakfast area small. Go early. Waited over 10 minutes for refill of white bread for toast and baked beans. Did not arrive. They add on a visitors tax per an adult.

Hotel inserito in un grande complesso in periferia di Gand vicino all'autostrada, a circa 5 km dal centro. Sono presenti altri hotel e due ristoranti esterni. Garage sotterraneo a 20 € a notte. Camera pulita, letto comodo receptionist cordiale. Colazione dolce e salata, ottima

Distanza dal centro citta'. P.s. i due ristoranti sono comodissimi x chi soggiorna qui, perché intorno non c'è altro. P.s. alla brasserie Stroom un'ora esatta di attesa x l'unico piatto che abbiamo chiesto!!! Ristorante veramente troppo caro. Sconsigliato
