Pros:

La décoration, l'amabilité du personnel. La piscine toujours agréable en fin de journée . Le confort des chambres

Cons:

Ambiance qui se veut "branchée" en bord de piscine, pour une clientèle de plus de 45 ans.... et qui perd en simplicité. 100% des prises USB étaient cassées dans notre chambre . Impossible d'y charger nos téléphones

Cons:

The electricity for the hotel block was off from approximately 23:30 to 5:00. This was known but not notified to us until we arrived for check in.

An outstanding hotel that provided a perfect location, perfect swimming pool times, room and meals.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for the BMO Centre. It had an excellent pool open from 6.00am, which I needed to suit my schedule. Breakfast started at 6.30am, also perfect timing for me. The food at breakfast and dinner had a good range of choice and was excellent. Also the chef responded to my request for fries instead of a croquette one evening.

Cons:

The piped music was not always needed, but no problem.

We had a wonderful stay and fun birthday weekend. Close to great restaurants boutiques and the pool was such a good time
