Noting
A lots of noise from street and I could not sleep well
Stuff were rude
Location was bad
Noise from highway. Not a problem for me but maybe for some.
Good location and the area is very quiet.
Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Super loud AC. Very bad internet connection.
駐車場が止めやすく、部屋の広さも十分でした。

We appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Dual entry to the room. Very helpful staff. Great price! Highly recommend!
Friendly, welcoming staff
Amazing on site restaurant
Quiet. Clean comfortable room
$4 each for a pop in the vending machine
There were a lot of issues at the Ramada in Coquitlam.
-Swimming lessons during regular pool hours; my Daughter and I were told to stay on certain ends of the pool so he could do the lesson. My daughter is 4 feet tall, she can't go in the deep end. Numerous other kids were told the same thing. They got splashed from a kid jumping in. They told them to not splash. Yet when they same, the instructor and student were splashing everyone else.
-Vending machine: Paid $3.50 for a bottle of water, it didn't vend. Went to the front desk to ask for help. On site manager told me it has nothing to do with the hotel, that I needed to call the guy who owned the vending machine to settle it. Even offered contact information to me. Dude, this is your hotel, you fix the problem.
-By the 3rd day, their pool was disgusting, hair, dirt and other stuff floating everywhere at the bottom of it. Their filtration system probably isn't working. Was told they would address it the next time the pool guy was in. What about all the people paying $200 a night with kids that want to swim??
Overall, very unsatisified, won't recommend to anyone. Will be posting on other sites.
Room was too hot and the windows that opened had no screen.
Location was great and staff were excellent. The gentleman working the front desk moved us to rooms closer together as we were staying as a big group, which was appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality.
Unfortunately our room was in rough shape and not very clean. Housekeeping barely did anything beyond make the beds - we didn't get clean sheets at all during our 5 night stay. Bathroom and overall facilities were fine. Pool and hot tub are nice to have but definitely in need of an update and a good clean.
No breakfast available there
Vending machine wirh drinks out of order. No inhouse breakfast
DO NOT STAY- BED BUGS
I stayed here with my young family in April 2026. We ended up checking out early due to the disgusting state of this hotel. We started becoming covered in bites soon realising they were bed bugs. We were horrified. There was also black mould in the bathroom not only placing our health and safety at risk but our young baby’s. After checking out early after 3 nights of our 7, I demanded a refund from which they explained they couldn’t do. I demanded to speak to a manager which the staff member also advised at the time we couldn’t do. The staff member explained she could give an immediate refund of our security deposit and the nights we were checking out early for however this never came through. We are now going back and forth with the website we booked trying to get a refund and have so far been unsuccessful.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
all good
The outside was a bit shabby but inside was nice and clean. A bit tired in places.
It is a great place to stay. It has a great location with an easy access. The room was great, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was a perfect place!
Not really. Everything was great and very comfortable.
Pool and hot tub
Very noisy and old infrastructure. Could hear people talking, walking and showering in the adjacent rooms all night. We couldn’t sleep at all.
It was a place to sleep for the night
Very old, run down and dirty
The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, and parking was free. About all the positives I can list.
Hotel and room were both extremely dirty. I'm surprised they are allowed to operate under the brand that they do. The room was full of marks all over the wall, an ancient dirty AC full of grime. The bathroom had mildew in the corners, and the area was not great with garbage everywhere. We checked out a few hours after we checked in and found another hotel.
