Adorei a atenção fos funcionários, as instalações e o conforto do quarto.
De maneira geral, gostei de tudo, mas fica como sugestão a possibilidade de inclusão de um café colonial na diária e a disponibilidade de uma balança para malas e de um micro-ondas, que não precisa ser no quarto, mas num espaço comum.
The security, you needed a room card to access the elevators from the lobby.
The rooms had a scent of damp carpets and cigarette smoke. We asked housekeeping to clean to room, 4 hours later we came back and nothing was done. We had asked for towel and had to beg the housekeeping staff. They didn't explain the parking situation completely
The coffee was good, and as I slowly sipped my coffee, a staff checked to make sure I was okay and answered my question.
I found the food prices a bit high.
I like the location a lot... the amenities were also nice...
I wish that there was a microwave in that room – I have stayed at the townhouse suite at that location, so I guess I got a little spoiled 🙂🙂🙂

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I particularly liked the comfort of the reading chair and ottoman. More comfortable than the chair in most rooms I've stayed in. The shower stall is nice design and the shampoo etc not strongly scented so I could use it without an allergic reaction. I appreciate that.

The .bath water was cold.There are very few toiletries in the bathroom

Bathroom light kept tripping the breaker when turned off, loose shower door handle, duct tape on the bathroom floor doorway., AC heating/cooling wall control didn’t work.
