Great for a short stay. Lots of amenities nearby and easy access to the QEW and Clarkson GO Train.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Coffee was great! Eggs and sausages were also good as were the toast and muffins. Other options such a fruit, cereal, juice and yoghourt were also available. The beds were comfortable and the room was lovely. It was convenient to have a door separating the bedroom with the sitting area with bed couch. The staff was welcoming, kudos to John and the room was super clean. Good Wi-Fi a well.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and the hotel was noisy at times being close to the highway. We found a partial solution by letting the AC Unit run all night which gave us white noise which enabled us to sleep. Also, a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch.

Dirty room and although I asked for someone to come clean what was dirty they didn’t send anyone till the next morning. By that time I cleaned it myself.

Pros:

We had everything we needed. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Pillows were way too thin and I woke up with back pain. Also if there could be a little bit more fruits than just unripe bananas that would have be awesome.

Location staff and cleanliness and breakfast was all very good. Not so sure that I would stay there again
Pros:

The staff on the front desk were very helpful and pleasant, the room maids also helpful and pleasant. Breakfast staff again helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a ridiculous amount of very young security guards, this was due to the hotel accommodating homeless families, they were noisy argumentative towards the security staff, they unfortunately made us feel very uncomfortable. The swimming pool was not appealing at all so never got to use it.

Comfortable, but unruly kids making noise.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but some fruit would have made it healthier.

Cons:

Kids running around the hotel until the early hours of the morning. I was woken up at 2AM by my neighbours shouting and laughing with their kids.

Extremely happy after 4 day stay. Will stay again!!!
Pros:

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. Sam, in particular, was amazing. Loved having washer/dryer on site. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Convenient location. Extremely clean.

The staff were always very friendly

Cons:

The bathroom smelled strongly of pee, and what I was most disappointed about was that the pool was freezing cold; my children couldn't enjoy it. I chose this hotel because it had a pool, so I'm leaving very disappointed.
