Great stay in every way; would stay again
Pros:

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, clean, very friendly staff. They allowed me both an early check-in and a late check-out at no extra charge, which was very appreciated. We also used their free airport shuttle which worked perfectly and on time. On-site full restaurant (where you get your included breakfast too), but also within close walking distance to other food choices (both fast food and sit-down options). Very clean gym & pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Frühstück über Voucher oder individuell im Restaurant Perkins.

Cons:

Liegt in der Einflugschneisse vom Flughafen. Man kann aber trotzdem gut schlafen.

Staff is amazing, perfect place to stay for anime north. 10/10 in my books.
Pros:

It was very clean, even on a sold out weekend. The front desk was easy to talk to and solved any issues I had quickly. The breakfast vouchers were really convenient, and the food was quite filling. Overall a 10/10.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfasts, the shuttles had reasonable times, staff was nice, Asian snacks/drinks that were available, and the decor for the event.

Cons:

Booking doesn't always share the hotel's info. One year, we came in and didn't know you needed to pay as you book. This year, we came in and they needed a 100$ deposit. These things need to be better advertised and communicated. We also didn't have our room attended to for cleaning right away. Took almost 2 days before someone came. We did communicate with the cleaning staff and straightened it out. They were all super nice.

Terrible.
Pros:

Didn’t stay here. Got relocated and then got charged more for our stay. It put us out as we were further away from the congress center. Ended up paying $60 more. I want a credit. It’s ridiculous.
