Propre et bon accueil
L’accueil était très bien, la location est pas mal située avec des places souvent disponibles en face (gratuitement). La chambre est de bonne taille et le lit est confortable
Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, le bac de douche s’écoulait en dehors de la douche (inondait la salle de bain).
Struttura molto comoda, pulita e in una posizione davvero ottima. Per me era particolarmente importante essere vicino a HEC, e la posizione è stata perfetta. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole.
Sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta del ristorante, dove ho mangiato molto bene e del personale della reception che è stato gentilissimo. Avevo avuto un problema con la camera che mi era stata inizialmente assegnata. Hanno risolto subito il problema e, con grande cortesia, mi hanno fatto un upgrade in una camera Executive. Ho apprezzato davvero tanto l’attenzione e la disponibilità dimostrate.

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme. Les chambres sont confortables ainsi que la literie. La troisième personne a aussi un vrai lit et une petite chambre annexe. Très bon petit déjeuner bien varié.
Le parking était presque plein. Il restait quelques places à l'étage mais l'accès est un peu exigu.

Personnel très attentionné : la serrure de la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée ne fonctionnant pas, la personne de l'accueil nous a alors aussitôt remis la clé d'une autre chambre au même étage, d'une catégorie supérieure, en s'excusant pour le dérangement. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une carte simple mais avec des plats réussis, avec là encore un personnel très aimable et à l'écoute.
